The "Bed & Breakfast is false advertising, especially with an entire display of photos showing a huge buffet breakfast. Didn't read the entire fine print saying "no meal in room", by definition and B&B has breakfast, especially with that buffet photo display. My partial refund request was ignored. I was told the photos were "old". Classic bait and switch. Call yourself an "Inn" or something actually true. And no, the yogurt and plastic wrapped piece of bread is not breakfast

A historical and dreamy historical house next to the canal. Everything is sparkling and clean. Daily cleaning is done. We had a great time as a family in the most central place of Venice. Close to everywhere. The location is perfect. Staying in a Trihi building is like a dream. They helped us in advance until we arrived at the facility. There's also champagne waiting for you. Excellent breakfast, left to the room in advance.
Believe me, we did not see any negativity. Everything was perfect.

Reception and follow-up to family arriving to B&B was amazing.
Claudia followed up with our booking in Jan for March. Had a great stay.
Can't recommend enough for individuals and family who want to see real Venice during day and night.

Location of the hotel is really great everything is near it.
The host Claudia is nice and attentive. Amazing Wi-Fi!
The doors and locks are not modern that is charming but a bot noisy. However, for its cost, it was not a problem for us.

Awesome location, really nice looking place which looks typical. Breakfast was normally not included, but in the end we were still welcomed with a basket filled with various pastries. The host was really nice we had no problem at all during our stay.

The location was excellent. Very close to big name sites. Also getting on and off the vaporetto on the main canal was easy. Room was comfortable and clean with all essentials, including mini fridge. We were able to drop our bags off early which was helpful.

Host was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations to us which we appreciated, as well as offering help for getting to the airport (there is a direct vaporetto a 2/3 mins walk away). The room was a great size and had all of the facilities we were looking for (including tea and coffee!). Plenty of storage space, the place was immaculate and tastefully decorated.
It took us a while to find the B&B, as we arrived by train, but this was largely down to us learning how to navigate Venice (Google maps didnt pick up our GPS location well)! Would recommend jumping on the vaporetto if you have suitcases to make it easier - there are a few stations near to the accommodation.

Very centrally located and convenient to get to all the touristic places within a few minutes. We could return during the day to rest for a little while. Room was very comfortable. The Santa Maria del Giglio stop is very near which allows easy and quick access to the public water transport. Our host was very gracious and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast as there was no meal option with the room. However, there was each day laid out in the room some pre-packed sweet savouries, croissants, toasts, jams, nutella with a hot water electric kettle, tea and coffee granules. There are very nice bakeries just round the corner and we could get fresh breakfast and coffee in the morning. The pre-packed breakfast came in handy when we had to leave early in the morning.
Everything was fine. Nothing negative to say here.

Fantastic location in regards to all the major attractions. Also nice to wander away from the crowds and see the multitude of back streets and canals in Venice. A short boat ride or 30 min walk from train station. Clean and comfortable. Nice touch of condiments and tea/coffee for a quick breakfast.
