Had the best breakfast so far of the hotels we have stayed. Very nice inside, close to the Grand Canal. Even supplied umbrellas for the rain.
Still don’t understand the very small shower doors. The shower was hard to access and they had the wand mounted very low.

Room was nice, loved the terrace, the hotel is teeny - just a few rooms in the floor of a building. It felt like a very authentic European experience. It was super close to Romani Termini which was awesome, but a trek to the historic district of Rome.
As an American the AC situation was pretty good - but not great.

It was convenient to the train station that we arrived through. It was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was centrally located to the Grand Canal but on a quiet alley. I would stay there again

I liked the hotel's decor and the rooms were a nice size. Location was very convenient, easy walk from the venice st Lucia station. Staff were very helpful from the time of check in to the time of check out. It was a rainy day and hotel was offering umbrellas for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely come back. The servers at breakfast were very attentive and nice. They offered me cappuccino to go a d that was a nice touch.

Best staff! They are helpful and friendly, some of them taught me some Italian words. The cleaning was good but there were mosquitoes and some other bugs in the room which eventually bit me and I have an eye problem, but maybe the hotel is not allowed to use repellent against bugs so it might not be the hotel's issue. The location is the best for train travelers and also close to the waterbus stations. They have the best croissants and cakes during my vacation, so delicious and I ate lots of them. They were amazing and I loved them. Fruit juices are also awesome. Maybe some more cheese will be better to have for breakfast but overall I am fascinated by the pastry and loved the breakfast. They help to arrange a taxi and a porter which is beneficial. The hotel is shockingly silent, given it is close to train station and there are a lot of guests.
The bugs were an issue for me, there was not many, I only had one bug on the floor and had some mosquitoes which is normal given the temperatures but I wished the room was cleaned with a repellent before I checked in but maybe it is restricted to use repellents. I had a bite near my eye which made my eye swollen and had to go to doctor after my vacation. Other than that it was a nice stay and everyone was friendly and smiling all the time.

The front desk staff is nice and kind, location is great which is just 5 mins walk away the station, the room is also clean.
the policy with this hotel is not flexible at all. I and my wife are traveling with two small kids and they don’t allow us to check in the tripe room I booked, instead, they mandatory upgrade my room and charge 130eur more. This is first time and bad experience we are denied checked in Italy since my family are checked in smoothly in Milano Hilton and Marriott with even smaller room and less bed. If you are family with small kids, look for more flexible hotel.

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. It took us a minute to find it initially but once we did, we fell in love with the place.
