The staff was very attentive, they go above and beyond and they are extremely polite. The room was spacious, very clean and the location was A1. 5 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was great. Close to everything. Highly recommend!
It is quite expensive but it is Venice after all.

The property was in a great location to the train station. The room itself felt very dungeon like, but would recommend.

Really liked that it was so close to the Venice railway station. The hotel was very nicely decorated and our room was extremely well appointed. It was air conditioned and the included breakfast was great. All staff members were extremely helpful and kind.
The air conditioner in our room struggled a bit to keep our room cool in the extreme heat this summer; but it was still great to have an air-conditioned room in Europe this summer than a room with no air-conditioning at all.

Great location, attentive and friendly staff, and very clean.
We loved everything about this hotel: the comfortable bed, the shower, the cleanliness, the friendly and courteous staff, and the breakfast. The only downside was the church bells from a nearby church, which rang early every morning.

Very spacious room (suite), Location and breakfast were ideal.
False fire alarm on one of the nights. Bathroom was a bit tight. And prices pretty high.

Wonderful
The location is very close to the terminal. It is down an alley that is surprisingly quiet. The common areas are beautifully decorated and we loved that the breakfast is included. Cornettos were delicious.
The bathroom was tight but quite inventive use of a small space.
