1- Edward was very helpful and kind and provide special services.
2- Ahmed was very helpful and taking care about us which guided us how to go the airport.

3-5 minutes walk from the station. Quiet place with a courtyard and a bar. Free wine. Good breakfast. Clean and neat place. Loved the place. No need to cross the canal with luggages. I give the hotel a score of 11/10

This was our second stay and we love the ambience and the secret garden which is like a haven. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the daytime receptionist was outstanding

The hotel was close to the railway and car/bus drop off, only one bridge to get your luggage over! The lane leading to the hotel might look a bit off putting but it was spotless and opened out after a few yards. Everything was spotless, and every staff member we came across were helpful, friendly and very professional. Monica was exceptionally good, showing us around the breakfast area on our first morning, and bringing my husband a small cake complete with candle on his 70th birthday.
