The room was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location in the heart of Venice, very close to piazza San Marco was fantastic.
The only criticism I have is the restrictions on where we could have our little chihuahua with us in the hotel. She was not allowed in the breakfast room with us. If a hotel is pet friendly this shouldnt happen

The location was superb being so close to St Mark's Square.
The terrace bar was not always available at times that it was scheduled to be. The excuse was that it was too cold however there were people drinking on the terrace when the barman said that he had stopped serving.

The hotel staff were lovely and accomodating, and switched our room as the first room was too hot. The rooftop bar was a lovely escape from the busy streets below and a nice place to watch the sunset. The location was fantastic and close to everything
The last day there was a power outage and so the whole hotel was in the dark and no electricity, they offered to comp our breakfast from the previous day but it was not done and we were charged. Not a cheap breakfast and limited options.
