The entire guest experience was exceptional. The staff were so very communicative leading up to our stay, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the views of the Grand Canale and the rooms were well-appointed and so spacious. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Aside from the property, being great, the absolute redeeming and best feature, was that it was located right at the vaporetto stop – 10 yards away. That was great when you were returning from a full day around Venice.

They upgraded our room. There was a spacious living room in front of our room, and our room was very spacious and cute. The breakfast was delicious, they made cappuccino for us, and best of all, it was right next to the Vaporetto station, so it was convenient for transportation, and the canal view from the lobby was great.

Location was perfect and breakfast was very good.
Property was nice, but our room had some real issues. Bathroom tub / shower leaked water from under the tub (major leak). No instruction for how the soaking tub worked and no help from front desk when I asked about it. Light fixture next to the bed was falling off the wall. No air conditioning as listed for the property. They are not allowed to use power for air conditioning till after May 1st. They changed our room when we got there, said it was an upgrade but had no balcony view ( which originally our room had).

Our 2 nights in Venice were made extra special by staying here - our splurge nights. We were treated like royalty and made to feel special. Rooms were so comfortable and beautiful.

Fabulous hotel location on the main canal . Our room was upgraded to a suite with a view over the canal and was stunning , with an amazingly comfortable bed.
All the staff we met were so friendly and accommodating, but a special mention goes to David on the front desk , who went out of his way to make our stay more special.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. The airport waterbus stop is a few steps from the hotel and all the sights we wanted to see were easily accessible. Comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff- from the lovely lady who sorted out my coffee in the morning to the wonderful concierge who arranged our trip to Murano.

Location good. Breakfast fare, it was included.
Pillows were not great, I had to go to my car to get mine. Otherwise all good unless you are very picky about the room/ price. There are a bit ran down.
The inside of the pale is nothing to write home about.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo during my trip to Venice, and it was truly a fantastic experience.
The hotel’s location is perfect—situated right by the Grand Canal, making it convenient to explore Venice’s iconic attractions while enjoying the serene beauty of the water.
The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy yet luxurious ambiance that added to the charm of my stay.
What stood out the most was the service. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from providing excellent recommendations to making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
If you’re looking for a hotel in Venice that combines elegance, prime location, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo. It made my Venetian experience unforgettable!
