Location was great for our purposes- close to family who is in the area. Getting around Venice is tricky and this is in nice quiet area.
The heat in the room was not able to be controlled and we had constant issues w the room being extremely
Hot. Luckily the manager got involved and changed our room on the last night. She was incredibly helpful. The rest of the desk staff wasn’t so sympathetic. It was over 80 degrees and it was in the 60s outside. The windows can’t stay open bc of mosquitoes.

Nice breakfast, room, and comfortable bed. Location was also very nice, when in Dorsoduro (I had a conference at the university so it was very convenient, and also it's very close to Accademia).
The room was a bit too warm, and there was no way (besides opening the window) to turn the heating down, even after asking a few times downstairs.

The location was in a quiet and quaint part of the city which we loved! We were a short water taxi ride from San Marco where all the action takes place. The Staff was very polite and friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again! The shower in the room was absolutely fabulous!!
The only complaint I would give is that the pillows were quite flat and firm which made my sleep not the most comfortable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much!

The location of the property was perfect - in a quiet area away from the crowds, but an easy walk to everything. The staff was wonderful - incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing transfers. The staff really added to our enjoyment of our stay. The hotel was very clean and common areas well kept and comfortable. The rooms we had were very spacious - even by American standards.
The bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. Also, the temperature in the room was confusing to control, often getting quite hot at night (although, to be fair, we did not ask the staff for assistance, so this may have been an easily remedied issue). Water pressure in the shower was not the best, but not a problem either.

The room was very spacious and welcoming. The views were fine for a hotel not on the Grand Canal. The bathroom was well equipped however the shower could have been a little bigger. It was similar in size to what you would find on a cruise ship. Also, an iron would have been useful in the room. For the prices, it was well worth it and the location was ideal for the Vapporetto.
The shower and including an iron in the room. Also the safe was small, so if you prefer to lock up anything bigger than your passport and wallet, you can't.
