The Apartment we stayed in wad spacious and lovely. It had plenty of room for my family. It was centrally located in the city. It was clean and very comfortable.
I felt like the beds could have been more comfortable. I also prefer more towels.

The location was great with short walk to Vaporetto stop, and Rialto bridge , also handy supermarket short distance, restaurants and cafes nearby
No safe in the apartment, which meant poor security for our passports and Visa cards and cash etc , some of the glass doors at the apartment are in need of repair and nearly fell off.
The cooling system is in the floor, which was ok for us as our stay was in September, but would be different in the Summer time.

The location was great, and the apartment was clean with comfortable beds.
The rooms were luxurious with beautiful amenities.
There was also a storage facility within the hotel if you have checked out and not ready to travel.
We will use the apartments again whenever we are in Venice.

Amazing stay!
The location could not have been better right in the heart of Venice and within walking distance to all the main attractions.
It was so easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Venice has to offer.

This property is very well located because it was just around the corner from the Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Bridge taxi stand. The apartment itself was roomy and well set up for guests. Lovely.
I was not comfortable with the in floor cooling system. I wondered why they were towels in front of the bed and extra mats in the bathroom. With this type of cooling it creates a lot of condensation, especially when the humidity is high anyway. the mats keep you from slipping or feeling too slippery on the tile floors.

They didn't send the apartment number and apartment code until we were inside the building. I had to call twice to get the information sent. Also, the apartment needs fans in the bedrooms.

Very convenient location. Washer is provided in the apartment.
Dryer is not provided. The shower room with bathtub is not closed. The splashing water during shower makes the whole bathroom floor all wet with standing water.
