Great location next to the square. Spacious rooms with new bathroom setup.
Beds were really uncomfortable, two beds slapped next to each other and they keep splitting up in the night. Beds also are way too old and hard Hard time sleeping in them

We have to move our luggage from the Vaporetto to the hotel. They did not offer the service to pick up your luggage. I understand it is not part of the service. But they should let you know that there is a service they can help us out to book and we pay. When I was at the hotel and I asked about that kind of service, they helped us out to hire a service tomove the luggage from hotel to the Taxi-canal

Location is great, close to all the action yet secluded enough from the crowds of St Marks
A bit dated. The room was old, wood floors were not as clean or in class condition for the expected level of the hotel.
Bright yellow laundry bags everywhere both days of our stay felt more motel than classy hotel.

The location can’t be beat! Right outside Piazza San Marco and short walk to Rialto Bridge. My kids loved the breakfast, they gobbled up the fresh croissants and pancakes. Room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
Not really a complaint, but porter service to and from water taxi stands would be a good bonus.

Very well located in a popular area but quiet inside. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good.
I expected more at that price. The sofa mattress was very soft and not comfortable.
They didn't equipped the room for 4 persons. Pillows were missing and then everyday one towel was missing.
The equipment inside the room is not well maintained. Some lamps' electric wires are apparent, which could be dangerous with kids.
The sofa cushions have stains and some holes (cigarettes burnt I guess)
The staff is friendly but they are slow. At 1pm the room is still not done
And outside the room, it's just mess. Yellow bags of changed bedsheets, used towels, trash bags, .... Just behind your door.

The staff is extremely helpful & kind seeking your comfort is their number one priority. The suite was larger than I expected with a full outdoor space to enjoy the Spring of Venezia (large enough to sit 4 for outdoor dining). The location is absolutely private and quiet with the busiest gondola station two bridges away! We are so happy to have our stay here, quiet, clean, and romantic. Thank you San Marco Palace

The location was close to the St Marks Sq and had a gondola service right in front of the hotel - those were great. The shopping and food next to the hotel was very helpful. I wish the view from the room was better.
View from the room could have been better. The breakfast was too expensive I thought.

Great location next to everything and the piazza. The front staff was very helpful!
We had to call front desk for hot water to take a shower 2x. Hotel had a large room deck but much to be desired...no trees, cover and outside chair n table were beaten down by sun. Also, the bed while large, the mattress was hard from the turn of the century.

Location
1- Staff not friendly at all.
2- in the corridors yellow bags probably towels
3- not a fresh feeling
4- room , we got a suit, no coffee cups, there is mini kitchen you cannot use.
5- no water kettle
6- Matras extremely bad and hard
7- pillows very hard and extremely unconvertible , asked several times for others , they do no have

50 m from San Marco Sq. Breakfast was nice. The gluten-free option was above average.
Not enough light in the rooms. Really zig-zag corridors to reach the room.
