Rooms were comfortable and clean, very close to restaurants, San Marco Square and shops. Breakfast was awesome
Fridge was leaking water inside. No glasses or cutlery, plates provided.
Apartment was separate to reception but not to far to walk for breakfast

large spacious separate twin beds for the kids, living room, full kitchen the location was perfect. elevators made getting luggage upstairs easy.

The breakfast was good. The staff was responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean and they cleaned it well each day. The location was great.
The facilities had a lot of issues. The water heater went out in our room, there was a random loud buzzing sound at random times even in the middle of the night. The walls are fairly thin. And finding your way to your room can be quite confusing including entering the building. You also need to check in at their hotel area next door for the apartments. The beds were ok, but weren’t the best.

Excellent location to some sites, shopping and transport right across the street, which made it easy to get to all the other sites we wanted to visit. Loved the common kitchen for use. Lovely couple managing, so helpful!
Personally, would have enjoyed a better variety of bed pillows.

It was a minute away from the Dan Marco square, however very hard to find and locate the hotel, spent almost an hour trying to find it, it was under the name Royal San Marco hotel, while the name on the booking app was Suites Torre Dell’Orologio.
Was not the best value for the price, not even water or free coffee was available at the rooms, no slippers, no bath robes. Has to specifically ask for slippers to get them, while for such a price one would normally expect to find them.
