Everything! beautifully furnished very clean,and super comfy bed. Ideal position close to ferries and main square. Plenty of opportunities to self cater or eat out
Welcome was superb
Only that it is very busy in Venice but that is to be expected even out of season. Did not spoil anything as Venice is a unique place. Staying in the centre is a good move and the area around the apartment is quiet after 10pm

I loved how the property was city center and yet a couple blocks away from the business.
The only thing that I can actually think of is that there was a buzzing sound in the wall about every 45 seconds during part of the day. I’m assuming it’s from the AC

We stayed at Camilla’s apartment in Venice and had a wonderful experience. Camilla and her daughter were both exceptionally warm and considerate. The flat is in a fantastic central location — spacious, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The air conditioning worked perfectly, even during the hot days. Camilla kindly allowed us to stay a few extra hours for a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. We really enjoyed our visit and our stay. Thank you!

The apartment looks better than in the online photos. Is beautiful furnished, cozy, large for Venice standars, has eveything you could possibly need and the location is perfect. You can easly get anywhere you need in a couple of minutes.
The host is very supportive, she helped us a lot and give some very good hints what to visit. We would definetly return to stay here.

The location of the apartment is 10/10, right in the heart of the city, within 5 minutes walk of grand Canal, Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. The apartment itself is in a traditional Venetian building with perfect views over San Luca square. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay with some lovely personal touches. As soon as the booking was confirmed, the owners, Betty and Camilla were in touch to introduce themselves and offer any help and advice to enhance our holiday. They were always available to contact and were extremely prompt with their replies. They went above and beyond to assist us with a later check out so we could make the most of our last day in the city. We were so very grateful for this and it made our holiday perfect.

We loved everything about this apartment. It is in the middle of the shopping area, only a 3 min walk to St Mark's Square and a few mins from the vaporetto stop. It's beautiful inside and had everything we needed. The host, Camilla, was so helpful and went out of her way to get us a late check out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Venice.

The apartment is well located and very spacious.
The air con doesn’t cool the place, resulting in a night of no sleep, but we did appreciate the owners efforts to make the remainder of our stay more comfortable.

The owner we met with her gorgeous son was lovely. She explained the house rules in person and gave us some great information on restaurants and transport etc.
Not being able to open the windows as it is a very lively spot but we were unable to take in the atmosphere due to being told it affects the air conditioning unit.
The bed linen needs updating to cotton breathable linen and the bedroom could use a portable fan.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location , central for everything. A real home from home .we were met by Betty and we were made to feel very welcome.
The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need for our stay or indeed a longer stay. There is a seating area and a dining area ,both overlooking the Square !
You can grab yourself something to eat and pop back to the apartment for a rest , as there is an array of shops selling all kinds of snacks .
The beds were amazing, very comfortable after a busy day sightseeing . Can not rate it highly enough , and I fully intend to return soon as do the rest of my party . Betty and Camilla are quick to respond if needed . Thank you so much Betty and Camilla, for helping our stay in your beautiful city to be such a memorable time .
