The staff were wonderful. Although small, the room was quite comfortable and had drawers for our clothes, a safe for valuables, and a great bathroom. Location was ideal. First time in Venice and what a great introduction to a great city and region.
A somewhat larger room would have been nice. I like having a bedside table with enough space for my personal items. Both bedside tables were small.

The water that was kept in the room, wasnt easy to drink
Also the 6th floor is not recommended to stay for taller ppl as the roof is shorter

The location is pretty amazing, and the rooms are good in size, cleanness and the staff are amazing, helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very delicious and you have many choices of food and beverages.

Great location and new good restaurants and Saint Marks Square. Excellent access from the water as well as the land side.
Our room on the top floor was strange and that it had a very slanted roof and not easy access to one part of the room. I would not recommend the sixth floor for that reason or at least the room that we had.

We stayed in wonderful apartments with a view of the square. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but good. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff
Really stuffy rooms, the fan and air conditioning barely did anything and the top floor is very warm, even in October. Everything in Venice is old but this hotel feels dated and like it was last updated 40 years ago.
