The location of this hotel is excellent. Our room was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and
quiet. The staff was very friendly and even helped my friend with her luggage.

Location was great, staff were excellent. Room was small but beautiful and reasonably comfortable. A second luggage rack would have been helpful. Bathroom facilities were fine, although a acouple of the towels were threadbare.
No staffing after 5 pm. We arrived late, and the directions on how to reach our room through several locked doors were totally inadequate! We would have been sleeping on the street if not for a kind resident who helped us get in. We also didn't know our room was up several flights of dark stairs, and we didn't find the light switch until morning. One of us has trouble with stairs, and without help would have had a serious problem lugging the luggage up.
Thin walls made sleep difficult before midnight.

Proximity to the sites was awesome.
Room size was super small, and we could clearly hear the noise upstairs when they were talking walking etc. The room needs some soundproofing.

Room very spacious, comfortable beds, machines with water, snacks & coffee affordable prices.
For young people stairs there is not problem but for older people was uncomfortable. But venize is all stairs. Just to keep in mind.

The king bed was actually two twins pushed together, had there been a mattress topper to hide the crack a bit, it would have been better.

Room C: the shower head did not stay in place, if you tried to close the shower doors, they came apart. Needs some tender loving care. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy.

Location near important places, vintage/historical environment, near point to get boat 1 for train ou boat for airport, the staff is helpful
Too many stairs, after a time there is anyone from hotel staff, shower space is small, the bed is not so comfortable

Amazing room, vaulted ceiling, chandelier and loads of space. Location was central but beside a quieter piazza. Loved opening up all the windows and hearing the piazza chatter.
Some confusion around entering property. Wait at the gate, they will see you via camera and will buzz you in.
