Wonderful
Host is really nice and welcomed us with warmth. The location is great - about 10-15 min walk from train station and the view of the street/canals from the window is great. Room is spacious and classic.

Central location, calm, in middle of Venice.
The toilet is located across the hallway, which is quite inconvenient.
The manager, Antonio, repeatedly contacted me about the door locks, which felt intrusive.
It takes four different keys just to reach the room.
Inside, the room itself is uneven and slanted, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a strong, unpleasant odor.

No air condition and when we opened the windows, we woke up to bug bites all over our faces, No screens on the windows
room was small, pillows were as hard as a rock, bed was very uncomfortable, very stuffy room!!

Location, Manager very accommodating.
Facilities.....even though renovated, not enough for my taste. Floor not level, the room we had, the bathroom was in the hallway. All rooms weren't like that but ours was.

Nice location, easy check-in and an amazing cafe close by. It was a pleasant surprise to have our room tidied up when we were site seeing, you don’t usually have that with a B&B.
The bed was not comfortable at all.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Coffee shops and wonderful restaurants steps away. The best restaurants are away from big attractions. Felt like we were in a castle.
Pillows were huge and stiff so I slept on a folded up towel, which wasn’t a deal breaker. We slept with the window open which was nice until nats buzzed around ears all night?, but that’s certainly not their fault…we’re by the water.

The location was fabulous. Once we got our bearings, we were able to walk to everything we wanted.
The stairs are not easily navigable for those with luggage (although the same could likely be said for a lot of Venice).

Property was very spacious and centrally located. Antonio was an amazing host and made our stay in Venice smooth as he was very communicative, responsive, and gave excellent recommendations. It was great ! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Venice.
It is an older building but that was part of the charm so not necessarily a negative me.

Property was a great location and walking distance from many restaurants.
The bed was not super comfortable and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. You must use separate keys to access your bathroom.

Room was quiet and spacious enough for three of us. Antonio was friendly and helped us with what he could.
Mattress needed to be upgraded. It was a little far from the central Venice action. I would probably stay in a different neighbourhood if I were to return.
