The location was fantastic. I almost don't want to give it such a high rating so I can book it again without any issues!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Residence Corte Grimani. You are footsteps away from Piazza San Marco but do not feel like it was too congested or loud. The windows are great to mute any outside noise but some noises, like the sound of the gondoliers singing in the canal may not be something you will want to mute! Our hostess was fantastic and very accommodating.

There is nothing specifically negative at this hotel. The location was amazing. All was clean and tidy. The size of the rooms were reflective of the price, just not much of a wow factor,?especially w/hotel amenities in the lobby, such as a bar, etc.

The hotel is very convenient, water taxi can stop in front of the hotel door, very close to the city center, the room is cleaned every day.
But above all Vanessa, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, kind, helpful... she explained everything about Venice in detail, including restaurants and places we should visit and their advantages. I never met a front desk person as friendly and helpful as Vanessa. Thank you Vanessa.

Great hotel with a staff who is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, close to everything yet quiet at night and parking is easy and very close to the hotel. One of our best stays in our 8 trips to Italy.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Vanessa, who provided a wealth of knowledge on what to do in Venice, from must see spots to dietary friendly dining recommendations. Her hospitality truly elevated our experience.
We were equally delighted by our interactions with Alberta, the owner of the residence. She was incredibly kind, and it was a pleasure to meet someone so passionate about making guests feel at home.
Our room was perfect for a family, elegantly furnished, spotlessly clean, and just a few steps from St. Marco’s Square. The location couldn’t be better, and everything was thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Venice. Meeting Vanessa and Alberta was a highlight of our trip, thank you both for making our stay so special!

Top-tier service — easily a 10/10! She communicated with us even before our arrival, offering helpful recommendations for delicious restaurants since we were arriving late. Vanessa showed us the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful city of Venice, and thanks to her, we truly made the most of our visit. She’s the best host we’ve ever had — her hospitality made it genuinely hard to leave.
The location of the property is amazing — perfectly hidden for privacy, yet just steps away from all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

First of all, the receptionist was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was exceptionally clean, in the best possible location. The air conditioning was excellent and place was very quiet, and the toilet and bathroom facilities were superb and spotless, with all extra amenities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the staff, location and the actual room. Very clean, friendly and nice staff specially Vanessa. Vanessa is very kind and friendly, she will help you from the beginning to end, she even arranged our transportation going to the airport and helped us for our luggage. She gave us tips where to eat and history of Venice. The room is huge for 5 of us, there’s a laundry inside. Washer/dryer for a fee, kitchenette, and most of all very clean and smells good.. the location is excellent, close to everything, when you step out, gondola ride next to it, shops and restaurant, very very good location..the water taxi will pick you up right infront of the hotel..this hotel is highly recommended, exceeded our expectation and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you so much to Vanessa and hopefully see you soon! We love Venezia❤️❤️❤️
