The location was fantastic, the apartments were nicely furnished. The staff was wonderful! Vanessa was one of the highlights of our trip. She gave us fantastic service, answered any questions we had, and recommended so many things. She even had a map for us where she recommended must see places, must try food, and churches. She recommended a restaurant where, according to her son, has the best lasagna besides her own. It was the best lasagna I ever had.

The apartment was great for the price. The location is a bit out from the main area but a 20 min walk. Safe area and a great bakery next to it. We were happy with it and the train station is just there.

Everything was great, starting with our host to the spacious living area and most important location. Taxi service right at the front door, no lugging luggage around Venice streets. A/C was cold, Hot water was hot, those who know Europe know exactly what I mean. I would there next also.

Me and my family recently stayed at this property and we were definitely impressed. The property manager reached out to us prior to our stay and made sure we knew how to get to the property from the train station. She was also extremely kind and helpful and gave us many suggestions for activities, shopping and restaurants. The property was also very convenient as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. It was also very clean and quite spacious for Venice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location, apartment was spacious. Acs were amazing as it was very hot in July. Spacious Appartment, lovely resident with great host.
Upon arrival water taxi wasn’t very helpful with new tourist first time in Venice. However, we reached and were overcharged.

We loved our time in Venice. Vanessa met us at the Corte Grimani (we took a fast water taxi from the airport directly to the front door of the Corte Grimani). Vanessa was waiting (she in fact helped us arrange that taxi). She was wonderful - helpful, patient in answering our questions, very informative, and sweet. On the day we left she even escorted us in the shortest route to the vaporetta to catch the fast train to Rome. The Corte Grimani was perfectly situated near iconic spots like the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. First night we did a walking food and wine tour of the small local food and wine establishments that included a full meal at a wonderful restaurant. Of course, that night ended with some delicious gelato. Next day, again with Vanessa's assistance, we grabbed the water taxi to Murano to tour the island and catch an artisan glassblower create a beautiful vase. Caught another water taxi to go to Burano, noted for its lace creations as well as colorful houses. I recommend this approach rather than booking the Murano/Burano tour through a third party as you get to spend as much or as little time as you want at each location. Quick bite and drinks were refreshing before returning to Corte Grimani. And, once again, thanks to Vanessa's help, the next day we made it smoothly to the train station for our trip to Rome.

The location was perfect. From the living area of the apartment we rented, we were right on the canal and could see the gondolas go by! Included picture of front of hotel, and our window was directly above the front door.
If you use the washer, do a small load. Washer stopped and never drained or completed spin cycle.

I came to Venice with my grand kid & Daughter.Corte Grimani is geographically very convenient,room was very clean and the staff were very nice.
If i go back to Venice,I want to go back & stay again.
Air conditioner work great,but not at night.was a bit hot at night.

My family and I are experienced travelers. If we could rate Corte Grimani 11/10, we certainly would. First, Vanessa our hostess is the most amazing person we have even met. Friendly, courteous, genuine, helpful, and engaging are only a few of her qualities. She is a natural at her position. Second, the location was awesome. Third, the rooms were enormous, clean, authentic, and supplied for all your needs. Finally, the views from the canal rooms far exceeded their price point compared to other properties. Such a great experience. We will return for a fourth trip to Venice if only to experience Corte Grimani and Vanessa again.
