Loved the location 5 mins walk from Rialto bridge and similar to St Marks Square. Very quiet area at night. Vanessa welcomed us and provided lots of information and places to visit, eat and drink.

It was a lovely tucked away location away from main crowds, but close to the main square. Took a private water taxi to get closer from the train station for about 65 in May, and then had a short walk. Vanessa was extremely helpful and gave lots of recommendations. Good size elevator for European standards! Great size room!
Cost of the use of the washing machine located in the private bathroom was steep at 50, but you were warned ahead of time that there was an additional charge. Deep tub could use some extra grab bars to help get in and out.

You couldnt ask for a better location: the apartment is in the heart of Venezia! Turn right and you are in Piazza San Marco, turn left and you reach Ponte Rialto. We walked to all places of interest and took vaporetto to some islands in the area.
We had views of the canal from our spacious top floor two bedroom apartment (not all apartments have this view, so you may need to confirm before booking), and we loved hearing the sounds of the city in the early morning. Later in the day, you have the front seat to watching multitudes of gondolas floating lazily through the canal.
We liked the convenience of stopping by the apartment between activities for a nap or a quick refreshment.
Theres an elevator in the building, but we liked taking the stairs for exercise.
The apartment provides daily housekeeping and nespresso pods refills. Stovetop espresso pot is available if you provide the coffee.
The WiFi is strong and reliable. Check-in was easy ( we arrived during the day); just fyi, I took a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the door of the residence, so no need to struggle with luggage.
We received a lot of support ( recommendations, tips, directions etc)from the very kind staff present at reception during business hours. We definitely recommend Corte Grimani apartments. Vanessa, grazie di tutto, adorable signora!

Perfect location in the very heart of Venice: A few steps away from San Marco square, Doge Palace, Rialto bridge and much more. Apartment very spacious and charming.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Venice. Within walking distance from St. Peters Basilica, Doges Palace, Rialto Bridge and many restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable and the kitchen was stacked with necessity. Free bottled water was nice. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained part of the time. Vanessa is a wonderful host. She gave detailed instruction on how to get to the apartment. She also gave us orientation about the surrounding area. I hope to be back when the opportunity presents itself. Venice is a beautiful city that deserves more time to soak it all in. Thank you Vanessa for your kind hospitality.
