The location was amazing! We were easy walking distance from all of our tours and areas of interest; accessible to water bus. Vanessa, our hostess, is extremely knowledgeable and on arrival gave us a map and overview of the city. On request, she provided useful recommendations on restaurants and other items of interest to us. The atmosphere was what we felt was an authentic vision of the city.
No suggestions for improvement.

Absolute perfection from the location, to the staff (Vanessa was phenomenal), to the apartment itself. Loved this stay and will definitely stay here next time we are in Venice

The location was fantastic. I almost don't want to give it such a high rating so I can book it again without any issues!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Residence Corte Grimani. You are footsteps away from Piazza San Marco but do not feel like it was too congested or loud. The windows are great to mute any outside noise but some noises, like the sound of the gondoliers singing in the canal may not be something you will want to mute! Our hostess was fantastic and very accommodating.

There is nothing specifically negative at this hotel. The location was amazing. All was clean and tidy. The size of the rooms were reflective of the price, just not much of a wow factor,?especially w/hotel amenities in the lobby, such as a bar, etc.

The hotel is very convenient, water taxi can stop in front of the hotel door, very close to the city center, the room is cleaned every day.
But above all Vanessa, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, kind, helpful... she explained everything about Venice in detail, including restaurants and places we should visit and their advantages. I never met a front desk person as friendly and helpful as Vanessa. Thank you Vanessa.

Great hotel with a staff who is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, close to everything yet quiet at night and parking is easy and very close to the hotel. One of our best stays in our 8 trips to Italy.
No view but we knew that when we reserved the room. Not an issue at all.
