The beautiful hotel was hidden behind a bridge and felt like a ancient home that had modern amenities. We loved how roomy it felt, and the washer and dryer was amazing! We could enjoy the canal from the balcony.

Location is perfect, everything is super close to the apartment.
The staff is very helpful and kind ?
The apartment is just like in the photos, very clean, convenient, warm, quiet.
Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast products are renewed every day.
They clean the apartment and bring clean towels every day ?
Water access outside the apartment, which allows taxis to arrive very close (very helpful when arriving at the airport in the middle of the night).
Definitely will return to this apartment my next visit to venice ☺️

Honestly amazing location in the heart of everything. Very charming apartment with view on the canal with easy quick communication. We could have not picked better!! I definitely would go back & I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment on the canal with a canal view. The apartment was huge with a complete kitchen, living room, dining area! 2 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. They even have a washer & Dryer which is almost unheard of in Italy. Staff was very helpful. Location was close to everything.

This was a very large and comfortable place for six people. It had two bathrooms plus laundry. The sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable, compared to most others.. The location is perfect for getting around Venice to the main attractions items for breakfast were available in our room each morning of our stay.
We did end up having some mosquitoes in the apartment that were bothersome at night.

Fantastic location in Venice. Not too far from both the Rialto and san Marco square. Away from the hustle and bustle so it's nice and quiet at night. Spacious room as well which was a bonus

I was very satisfied with my stay. I was there with my family and the apartment gave us a real sense of home.
Elisabetta, the host was extremely warm and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us and make sure we were comfortable.
There was nothing we didn’t like ,everything met our expectations.

Fabulous! Spacious apartment (we had a one bedroom and 3 bedroom apartment). Location was excellent - 5 mins from all the key spaces we wanted to be in (Rialto, Grand Canal, St Marks Square and more). Mins from lovely restaurants too! We felt very safe as well in the area. We found the apartment well stocked with breakfast items. Eleanora was great! Quick to reply and always willing to help. Will definitely stay here again!

I was blown away by how spacious and well equipped this appointment is at the heart of Venice. High ceiling and very spacious living space even with the sofa bed out. I'm especially appreciative of the 2-in-1 washer/dryer. This saved us so much time in washing and drying... if you travel like us and like to pack light, have a washer/dryer mid trip is a game changer.
The room is very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. We bought groceries and made breakfast at the hotel everyday.
Location is great, and easy to get to from the train station.
I can't think of anything... perhaps I wish there's an elevator, but this is Venice people. :)
