We loved our spacious & beautifully appointed room. Bkfst was a delight. Restaurant recommendations superb. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Spacious apartment, quiet, with a full kitchen and washing machine, living room, bedroom and bath. A 5 min walk to the nearest vaporetto stop. And about 15 min walk to the main sights around St Marks. Lots of good restaurants and a grocery store within a couple blocks. And wonderful staff who couldn’t be more helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Venice!

Beautiful historic property on a canal with good views from the apartment. Second time we’ve stayed in the same unit. Great bathroom, very well maintained. Love the location. Easy to get to St Marks Square and Vaporetto stations.
While loving the bathroom, it is the only one in the unit. Wish the one bedroom was a single bed but we made do.

The location was great, a little bit farther from the tourist attractions hence a quiet area. Supermarket near by, 10 mins walk to S. Zaccaria. I loved the interiors kept in traditional Venetian style. Comfy beds, AC in both rooms. Breakfast was ok.

The location was great for us. It was within walking distance to just about anywhere but seemed to be on the edge of calmness and away from the crowds. Within a two-minute walk, things would start to get crowded. We were there during tourist season, so the crowds were to be expected. Restaurants were within a minute or two from the hotel. Frankly, they are everywhere. The staff were awesome!
We never figured out the thermostat. Every time we bumped up the temperature of the air conditioner, it would default back to its original setting, and we'd be cold at night. We should have asked the staff about that, but it really wasn't a big deal, so we never asked about it.

Excellent experience overall! Great check in and service (Mainly 'Allessandro'--so helpful); the room was spotless and cleaned each day--nice treat. The two-bedroom courtyard and canal view unit is amazing! Great to have two bathrooms in this unit for each of the two bedrooms. Shutters on the windows provide relief from the hot sun on both sides of the unit. Patio was fun to sit out during the cooler evenings. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is superb for quietness after visiting the sites and being around crowds. Strongly recommend going to the market that is one street across the bridge from the apartment--we were able to buy groceries and essentials for our 3-nights. We are very glad we booked here, was a highlight of our longer trip to Italy!

The hotel has an excellent location, and most of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained
Breakfast was quite average, with very limited variety and little to choose from. Additionally, the shower temperature was inconsistent and cold which was not ideal, which affected overall comfort.

What a wonderful find! Beautiful, authentic hotel less than 10 mins to St Marks Square but tucked away in a peaceful location well away from crowds. The rooms are beautiful with painted high ceilings and a fantastic modern bathroom with brilliant shower. Even a real hairdryer which is a rare find! Breakfast is fantastic too, its a continental buffet but the choices change every day and you're served eggs of the day along with a basket of fresh bread and croissants with orange juice. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I'd choose this place if ever I go back to venice, thank you team :)
