Great location, easy to check in. Overall very good room and was comfortable to stay one night. Host on the reseption allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out, so we could enjoy the city a bit more.
The main issue is the noise. Even with closed windows it's pretty loud, you can hear everybody outside. And your neighbours above.

Location
The place is run down and the staff are rude and fall short. We didn't have water for a day. No hot water most of the time. We were on the fourth floor and it was 26C in the room which is far too hot. Staff promised a fan and never delivered and ignored or hung up on us. Showers are dirty and highly unsafe due to being so slippery (No anti slip map provided even after a fall and a request). No AC as described. I understand it's a seasonal thing but don't advertise services you can't offer.

The location of this hotel is excellent - right around the corner from Rialto Bridge and an easy walk to San Marco area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.
Our only real complaint about this hotel was the bath/shower. The tub was very deep (hard to step into) and had no safety grips anywhere. The shower door was a folding glass thing, very difficult to navigate. I was uncomfortable with my adult daughter with special needs using it by herself (she has some balance/mobility issues) so I had her sit in the tub and washed her hair for her. I actually was nervous using it myself.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jo went beyond to help get information and arrange a water bus to Santa Lucia train station and then from that station to Maestro Station.
The room was very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants.
The room was very clean but very small. Two people could hardly move. The room did not look anything like the pictures ion the site. The pictures of our room looked much larger. The entrance to the hotel is located in a small alley. I did not feel safe going to the hotel in the evening when it was dark. We could hear the people in the room on either side of us and we could hear the toilet flush in one of the rooms. It sounded as if the toilet was next to the wall that separated the room. Really strange bathroom set-up. The mirror was on the opposite side of the sink with very little space between the sink and the shower. Difficult to dry your hair or shave.

The location is amazing with quick (5-10 minutes) access to all of the major attractions. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Staff was tremendous! Comfortable bed with large bathroom however the room itself was tiny. It is in a great location very close to the Rialto water taxi stop and bridge. Restaurants everywhere.

Amazing stay! Rooms are cozy, exceptionally clean, and warmly classically decorated. Location could not be better. It’s in the middle of everything but on a quiet alleyway. Loved it here

Wonderful
The stuff is very nice. We didn't noticed that the reception closes at 22.00 and arrived later. But the stuff has found a solution for us. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel during the next day.
Shutters in the room were closed. But it wasn't a problem)
