The room was like an apartment. Very comfortable for families. The included breakfast in the morning was very appreciated. Great location!!! Very little street noise.
I wish there were two bathrooms. The mattresses could be more comfortable.

The only really good thing which we could mention about the hotel is the location.
The hotel itself - obviously many years ago it was quite a luxury residence, but its glory days are gone. Definitely not four stars. Breakfast is a joke, it reminded me of cheap hotels in Eastern Europe.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and paid Euro 1647. During this period a money disappeared twice (Saturday and Sunday, in a short period of our absence) from the pocket of the bag left in our room. The amount is NOT significant to us at all, and frankly speaking we did NOT care much. What we did care about was totally inappropriate handling of this situation on the side of the management. As soon as the problem appeared, they took extremely defensive and quite hostile position. It started with total indifference, “go to the police, not us, not our problem, yes, we have cameras, but only police can monitor it” We diligently went to the police, which was a nuthouse at this time (New Year Eve at the San Marco Square), policemen were not friendly at all, especially after hearing the exact amount (Eur 270), so they told us to go talk to the hotel and try to straight things out first. Next, at the hotel we were told that our room was not cleaned, because "cleaning lady is third-country national and is afraid to be deported" Next morning hotel manager literally interrogate my wife, making silly questions like "maybe it was a member of your family?", "have you been to the police in reality? They had to accept your complaint." And finally we had an icing on the cake, she offered us to go through they video archive on our own, saying "this is totally illegal, but here are the videos and you can search through it". Knowing GDPR and that under GDPR unauthorized access to personal data is a specific type of personal data breach known as a "confidentiality breach", and this is a serious crime, we flatly declined and with this we stopped to try to solve this issue.

Great location, clean and reasonably priced. Easy walk to the Santa Giglio ferry stop which makes it super convenient if you have luggage and close to all the major attraction, but far enough away from all of the foot traffic. We had deluxe double room which overlooked the piazza and was very comfortable and quiet for a three night stay. Staff was very friendly and provide fresh fruit and processco on our arrival. Breakfast was served in your room daily, you just need to complete a form the night before indicated your selection. It actually worked pretty good, it was hot and on time.
Bathroom shower situation, but it's an Italy thing.

the hotel is located just a10' minutes walking from Piazza San Marcos and 20 minutes walking from The Rialto Bridge. Easy acess to many restaurants , stores and amenities. Close to the Boat stop SM del Giglio, one minute walk to the hotel, clean, Great staff, very professional especial thanks to Mrs Silvia and Gigi, and the breakfast are amazing.

It was a great hotel and wonderful staff. Very helpful. Great location and had good security especially after hours. We left early our last day, before normal breakfast hours, but the night manager still got us basic breakfast or coffee and toast!!

Wonderful, location easily accessed by water taxi and not too far of a walk. I love the tasteful design of the hotel. The staff is excellent and super organized. Very clean hotel with comfortable bed and bathtub that I find hard to find in Venice.

The location is Brilliant! Everything seems 5 mins walk away and the Vaporette or Taxi boat to the Airport is 2 mins walk to/from the Hotel. Lovely restaurant just outside the Hotel too.
Their Breakfast menu has good options and you can have breakfast in your room every morning should you wish to. The staff is very friendly and helpful, lovely people.
room was too hot as no aircon allowed by Govt. in period 15/04-15/05 but that was just unfortunate timing for us.
