Breakfast catered for most western diets and was very good given the limited catering facilities. Great location with easy access to good restaurants bars and shops and a short walk from vaporetto stop on grand canal and a traghetto.
There were no tissues! So useful.

Beautiful exteriors excellent location, wry friendly staff, great breakfast.
Staff arranged water taxi transfer which was brilliant but extortionately expensive.
Very noisy - the central location meant external noise was to be expected on the ground floor, but the walls were so thin that the TVs in the other rooms were very loud and kept us awake.

We felt it was in a fantastic location, not too close to all the main tourist areas, so it was quieter. But such an easy walk to all of the main attractions. It also meant we found some great restaurants and bars that were so much nice than in the tourist parts.
My only grumble was that the pillows were a little too hard. Other than that we loved our stay here.
