Our first room was a little small and off the main hallway which we didn't personally like however we did change our room and everything was terrific. Staff was great and helpful especially Valentino.

Location-rooms are perfect for exploring Venice and the welcome fruit-chocolates-cookie tray was a nice touch as well as delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This property is perfectly located right on the Grand Canal. And right next to a water taxi pick up. The room we had (302) was amazing! Super clean and had every imaginable amenity you could want. They also served a delightful breakfast each day and had the sweetest courtyard that felt so private. I was thinking noise might be an issue as it was so “close to the action” but I never heard anything in our room at night. The staff was so helpful with any questions we had as well. I would 100% stay here for our next visit
I cannot think of a single negative thing to out here…. It was perfect.

The view from the hotel is one of the best views in the city! Breathtaking.
There's a waterstation right in front of the hotel which is priceless to go around the city
There's no uber in Venice canal streets! No cars in the touristy areas.

The direct ferry to the airport was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic.
The small room didn't justify the price. The location is not the best if compared to the St. Mark's square side. The whole area is a dead zone after 10 pm with no food options either. While St. Mark's square side is lively till mid night.

The location was perfect, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a wonderful view overlooking the water. Everything about the stay was excellent.

Close to the water bus. Quiet location. Easy access to more populated areas. It was the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were just phenomenal!

Location on the canal is outstanding and boat/vaporette pier stop is 2 m away. location is the best thing about this hotel. staff is overall super nice. on lady was particularly dry and unwelcoming at the reception but still efficient. we asked three times for restaurant recommendations and bookings. they have given us three top, top recommendations. could not get any better. room is equipped, but if you are claustrophobic, avoid.
Rooms are small and dark. Feels like a dark underground bunker. but in Venice, you dont want to spend too much time there anyway. can be more charming.

The location was perfect being that it was steps away from a water taxi stop. Easily accessible to everywhere including the water taxi to and from the airport.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and quickly responsive when needed.

Reception staff are super nice and helpful they helped me find a better room because mine was too small and noisy. They found a solution really fast and with no drama. Hotel decor can be more tasteful but overall it is a comfortable place as long as you are not in the basic room (where there is t even a coffee machine)
