Location was perfect! Close to bars, restaurants, bakeries and stores and of course, the main canal
Room had no heat! Nothing was able to be done. And for the price paid, no tv was available in the room! Instead of twin beds, they should go for queen or full size....twins are way too small for someone 6 ft tall.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating! Great location. Large and spacious room. Easy check in and check out.
The bathroom, especially shower, is very small by American standards. There used to be no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. This wasn’t a problem for us because we packed backpacks, but I could see how someone with large luggage may struggle.

The position of the location.
The air conditioning was not properly functioning, being glued and improvised. The tank of the air conditioning was not emptied and the air conditioning did not stop automatically. The shower mixer was not functioning properly.

Lovely Italian style decor, doors to stand up balcony, fairly quiet location at night. Friendly staff.
The shower is tiny. And be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Middle between San Marco and Rialto bridge.
Difficult to find. Call right away with clear instructions is much easier. Google Maps moved us through many little passages.
No lift, had to bring our heavy luggage to the second floor.

I regret to say that my stay at B&B Allegri was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with bed bugs, which we found not only on the walls but also in the bed itself, in various stages of development, indicating they had been there for some time. Despite providing evidence, the owner completely ignored our concerns and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. We were forced to leave the room at 1:30 AM and sleep in our car because there was no other solution available. Despite leaving due to the infestation and not providing our passports, we were still fully charged with the city tax. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this accommodation.

Nice building and the room was clean.
Staff incompetence - we were told, we have parking included (not true, you have to pay for parking house), we arrived to Venice and literally 3 hours took to get into accomodation, and it was only because we didn’t receive any instructions, where to park, where is the stay. They didn’t reply on emails, messages or phone calls! So we have to ask around the city, if anybony knows, which parking is it. Because from parking it is approx 30 min by walk and we couldn ‘t leave the car somewhere on the street there. We called them around 50 times and they were hanging up. Their excuse, when we finally park and went to the accomodation: “Booking.com send us confirmation of new booking with false email to customer, so we send emails to the false email address and customer didn’t receive it.”
WTF?! If they know, the emails are false, why they didn’t answering the phone or contact customer via booking as any other hotel we have eperienced all over the world?
This hotel doesn’t deserce the rating, because of this one matter. If they can’t handle it with Booking.com, they shouldn’t probably vooperate with them. Nobody pissed me off the way they did for a long time.

Luca (the owner) is amazing with his kind help. The location is so close to San Marco square and the room was big and quite. We ordered the breakfast which was delicious. I really recommend it to book at Luca' place, best value for your money!
