Nice clean room with a fridge and coffee machine. Great for sleeping for a few nights and to discover Venice.
Walking distance to the train station is quite complicated.

Place is quite but since it is right next to one of the bridges people could actually see inside our room.
The location is not that prominent. The Checkin place is different than the actual room location and it was quite tiring to first go to checkin with our luggage and wait for the reception guy to come. Then walk all the way to the room.
The room was very small. Didn't feel like a hotel.

The room was a good size and had the old Venetian style. The hotel was located not too far from the center of the island. Overall I would recommend it.
There was no proper place to have breakfast.

The room was nice and quiet. The location is pretty good! Everything was clean and we got a pretty big breakfast! The host was very nice and explained everything we needed to know and also he gave us the opportunity to check-in one hour earlier. The staff was polite.
I don't have many things I didn't like. This is my personal preference: I don't feel very safe staying in a room on the ground floor and this room was, but we didn't have any problems or disturbances.

Small and dark room and so tiny bathroom. Its good to just sleep because even if its too central it was quite and clean but you cant spend long time, its a bit depressing.

Positive things: air conditioning is enough for the room. There were hangers and a wardrobe. Wi-Fi works. The employee who serves breakfast is very polite, respectful, and probably does too many things. You can leave the luggage after check-out (but it doesn't feel very safe since you just leave it there over a chair in the hall which anyone can access).
We had to walk at least extra 1200 meters to retrieve the keys in an address different from the actual accommodation. That is exhausting and inconsiderate with guests who are probably carrying luggage, and aren't acknowledged with the city streets and structure. On the room: it is really small. The bathroom sink is right in front of the bed. The shower and WC are confined in a space that barely fits one person. There's no view from the windows. When we first entered in the room it had a musty smell from being closed-up, which also caused a bad impression.
