The house is beautifully renovated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We were able to check in early, which allow us to start our stay very relaxed
The location of our room was very noisy. The noise of motors and equipment moving outside was until past midnight till around 1am and started again shortly before 8 am. Even with the windows tightly closed it was difficult to find sleep, as the windows are thin and not noise proof

Beautiful terrace! Excellent location.
The terrace room needs more light so it would have been nice to open the roof windows. It would be great for people who like the room dark. It would have also been nice to have something more than instant cafe for the morning.

The property is a beautiful hidden gem right in the middle of Venice. The facility is beautiful, and the canal view is perfect. The staff are beyond wonderful, and the location is perfect with a very short walk from the train station. We will stay here again.

Our room was nice and cozy, but the terrace was our favorite providing great views, and an excellent place to enjoy anytime of the day. Also the hotel staff were friendly, and our room was cleaned nicely daily for our 3 day stay.

This hotel is a gem . Great location, rooms with classic charm and a welcoming staff. They even put a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to welcome you! A lovely stay.

Excellent location with local charm, and the view over the canal is fantastic. Amenities were great and the welcome drink was a nice touch. We were happy to have air conditioning. We booked very last minute and our host was able to accommodate us within the hour!
I struggled with the online check-in as the drop-down menus were not working, but Eva quickly wrote to me on WhatsApp and I was able to send her photos of our identification for check-in. We really loved watching the boats in the canal from the room, but the downside is that it is quite loud most of the night with the sound of boat motors, so bring ear plugs!

We loved the room decor, its view overlooking the bridge and canal, the quality furniture, great shower and water flow, working safe, free drinks and the friendly housekeeper. It was also nice they let us leave our luggage at the property the day we checked out.
The bed was two single mattresses and uncomfortable when you ended up in the middle. We had asked in advance for a lower pillow and a couple of breakfast bowls but they never arrived. The property was way too slow responding to our initial enquiry. It was a VERY noisy location because of its position on the canal so hard to get any deep sleep. That said, observing all the canal activity once we were up really was a highlight! We shall be back!

The rooftop patio was amazing! The view up there was lovely! The rooms were a perfect combination of modern amenities and yet keeping the 'Venice' feel. I absolutely loved it and I would stay here again!

Location
Beds were awful did not stay together so you keep falling through the twins, bugs everywhere, bathtub didn’t function well to get clean couldn’t stand up without hitting yourself, heater and AC didn’t work well. Way overpriced to stay in what felt like a hostel

Enter and exit of the property slightly abrasive with a difficult-to-hear voice trying to screen my identity by asking for my name several times every time I tried to enter, asking for passport photos through a doorcam without showing me access property first to confirm reputation of booking management, etc etc
