Quick walk from the station with only one bridge to go over (which is good if you've got suitcases). View over the canal was gorgeous. Nice and close to bars & restaurants. I was very unwell on our final day & it was a very comfortable place to spend time in bed.

Great location with a great view on the channel and the bridge.
Comfortable room, super clean, with a balcony and with very comfy beds.
Very nice host.
Wifi wasn't working at all, supposed to be fixed after we complained but ain't.

Location is very good - only a short walk from the Train station with only one bridge to go over. Facilities are clean and modern but with a lot of Baroque Venetian flair. Beds were also comfy - we slept very well.
Also, we arrived very late after an arduous 22 hour train journey and our host gave us a complimentary bottle of Proseco which was very much appreciated!
We booked this location specifically because the description included a balcony/terrace and canal view. However, the room we got had no balcony or terrace and only an oblique view of a canal. So while I had looked forward to relaxing with a glass of wine on the balcony, soaking up the ambiance of Venice, we had to hit the bricks for that experience. So I wasn't able to lounge on my balcony in comfy clothes after a long day of sightseeing which is the ideal vision I had for my stay.

cute palazzo and central location, the owner responds quickly to the messages even if we havent seen her
We waited 40 minutes outside on arrival in front of the door, after ringing 3 times we decided to call. The cleaning lady came a while after.
No staff to welcome us or advise us apart from the cleaning lady who doesnt speak any other language than Italian and whose behavior was a bit rude overall.
The room faces the street so we didnt have a view on canal as mentioned (for 460 euros per night!!). Bathroom is quite old and not maintained, some stains in the bathub, no sheets to cover the blanket which is not very hygienic .
It would be ok if we havent paid the price of a luxury hotel.

It is a very short walk from the ferry and train station. Perfect location. Many fantastic restaurants nearby. The terrace was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in Venezia. Close to many restaurants and shops. Short walk to many sights including Saint Marks Square and Rialto Bridge.
Beautiful and romantic room.

Split king bed wasnt comfortable. We couldnt sleep close without one of us sleeping in the crack between the mattresses.
Front desk agent didnt understand or speak any English making it challenging to communicate.

Staff were exceptional, they were ever so friendly and helpful, gave us free drinks and cleaned our room so well. Lovely people!
Also, the location couldn't have been better, we were between two Vaporetto stations, had a supermarket nearby and were only 10 minutes from the calmer parts of Venice.

The property is in an ideal location, its close to the train station and on the beginning of one of the biggest streets. I was greeted by a lovely woman that was very kind and helpful. The property has few rooms which makes it feel personal and unique, unlike a big hotel. The style of the room was perfect, very clean and well stocked. I was never worried about how secure the location was, despite it being in a busy area.

I am very grateful to the hotel owners for their support, and kind hospitality when I arrived at an inconvenient time due to flight delay. I dreamed of staying here someday. Every time I walked from the station to Canareggio, I looked at this house with a terrace and thought: what is it like inside? And now the dream has come true. This atmosphere is real Venice - silk, precious, Tintoretto mood. This is not my first trip to Venice, I walked it far and wide, to the Lido and Chioggia. And this place is one of the most wonderful and soulful in this city. And very close to the center... The interior is the quintessence of Venetian style. I speak as an architect and a fan of Venice. Maximum comfortable bed and bathroom. I admit, I took the second shower gel with me from the bathroom because the scent is just crazy. I am a perfume maniac, and I was incredibly pleased with these scents, chosen with such love by the owners of the Pallazzina.
