Excellent location, easy to reach from the airport by a direct boat, close to the main streets and squares, lots of shops and restaurants, nearby an amazing park. The host is an amazing, friendly and very supportive lady.

Host was very helpful. Close to center of interests. Spacious room. Garden view.
Weak WiFi signal from our room. Shower stall is small. Windows must be closed due to mosquitoes. Was not informed about can’t change towels for our two nights stay.

The location is wonderfull. There are more caffe bars and restaurants around. Mrs Savina is very nice host who gave us all needed informations we asked. Great for us who visit Biennale.
The bathroom is separate from the room, but it is next door.

Savina was a perfect host, the room and bathroom were spacious, it was very helpful to have a fridge, aircon and wifi and the view was gorgeous, as was the location! Right next to the arsenale waterbus stop and my husband loved how close we were to both the arsenal and naval museum, along with being very close to the giardini and a lot of lovely restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Savina, given a map and some recommendations, had a lovely chat with her and were told to message if we needed anything, and the bottle of prosecco in the room definitely didn't go amiss! Wouldn't change a thing and will likely return :)

This accommodation is wonderful. The location was fantastic close to everything, including the bus taxi and main attractions. The host is friendly and helpful. Super clean room too.

A wonderful location - next to the Grand Canal, a few hundred meters from St. Mark's Square. Near the water bus stop. A very kind hostess: she communicates promptly, answered all questions, provided information about the objects we wanted to visit.

Great host and excellent location! Close to the city center but just one small bridge outside of the really touristy places. The host is very kind and has plenty of tips to avoid tourist traps.

Savina was so warm, lovely and helpful to us. She gave every information about Venezia and she was so pretty. We are so happy to stay there. Location was great, it has wonderful view from the window.

The room was clean and well equipped. The owner very friendly. The location is super close to the ferry station and about 10 minutes walk from S Marco square. We spent every evening in the Via Garibaldi (2 min from apartment) which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. We are coming back for sure.
