Very clean and modern
The staff were very kind and welcoming at check-in, showing genuine care and attention to us as guests. However, we unfortunately experienced an unpleasant situation regarding a walking tour. The hotel confirmed the service before we had been informed of the conditions, and when we later decided not to proceed, they insisted on charging the full amount. The matter was handled by the manager in a way that did not reflect the level of professionalism and service one would expect from a hotel in this price category. It was disappointing, as the property itself and most of the staff are truly lovely.

Centrally located, located next to all the high end shops. There’s a gondola stop right out front which means there’s a lot of activity.
Has a lot of charm. Room was nice but not amazing.

The property is exceptional! I highly recommend! The location is so central and yet quiet and cozy. The rooms are breathtaking, so beautifully appointed, the restaurant is divine and the team at Violino d’Oro is unmatched. Every detail ensuring you have the best stay. Cannot recommend enough. Loved my visit!

Everything about our stay was more than amazing. The location, the flowers, the breakfast just everything was fantastic. I made a mistake with our booking but the staff were very sweet about it and did their best to help. I highly recommend to anyone going to Venice.

Perfect Location, beautiful place, there are 3 palazzos which belong to the hotel. Walking distance to the San Marco place and 15 minutes to the rialto bridge. A lot of nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Breakfast very nice. Staff very friendly. Communication per email efficient. We come again!

Super location, comfortable, stylish, perfect breakfast, courtesy staff, high finishes, elegant. Go. Its a bit of a maze to breakfast but once you are here you realize across the small courtyard gondolas are passing by. Truly atmospheric. Photo out the front door early morning.
