What a great property! I wasn’t sure I’d like staying close to the train station but what a perk! Lots of shops nearby, water taxis at your feet, good restaurants nearby and our room had a fantastic terrace with a view of the canal! The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating and breakfast was delightful!

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from ferries/train/bus station. The hotel is so beautifully decorated & the rooms are spacious & clean. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. There is a pharmacy & supermarket just outside the hotel which is very convenient.
The room is very dim which is a little annoying, but other than that everything is 100% perfect!

From walking in to leaving the place was beautiful. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, spacious, clean. The bar was nice too. Family friendly. Definitely will come back.

The room was perfect for us - a triple - for me and my 2 grown daughters. Very spacious. Great bathroom. Bed and pillows very nice. The location is perfect. Very close to the train station. Easy walking around from the hotel. It's on a busy street but once inside the hotel, it is perfectly quiet. Breakfast was tremendous - tons of selections.

The hotel is next to the train station. The room and facilities was quite new. Nice design.
The room smelled like a newly renovated room (I hope it’s safe to stay in). Room 213 windows faced some machines, so it was too noisy to keep them open. If we closed the window, the air didn’t circulate and the smell became quite strong.

Should have free welcome drink everyday for the guests who stay more than one night. Other top hotels we stay in Verona and Torino offer free drinks during our stays.

The location was excellent- a 3 minute walk from the St. Lucia train station and a main vaporetto stop. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable with good storage and plugs at the bedside on each side. The wifi was very good. The bathroom was large, with 2 sinks and a large shower with good hot water. There was an easy-to-use remote for the room temperature and the system responded quickly. There was a well-stocked refrigerator.

We were pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were, after staying in so many compact hotels! The room itself was very clean and the bathroom (and shower) were comfortably large! Beds were comfortable as well (no cheap springs here).
The biggest surprise was how good the breakfast was. Some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had, with made to order cappuccino and a full salumi bar, and you can sit outside in their super cute patio.

The hotel was a quick walk from the train station and conveniently located to everything that you may need like groceries, a pharmacy, and even gelato. Beatrice gave us a great welcome and was amazing throughout our entire stay. She was very personable and helpful. The room was beautiful and had great amenities. The air conditioning did not cool down the room as well as expected but it was a large room and it still was much better than the heat and humidity outside. There were plenty of options for breakfast every morning and Alessandro made the breakfast experience even better with his kindness and helpfulness. If you would like to go to Murano while visiting Venice, the front desk will arrange a boat ride and a tour with a glass factory which is included in the stay. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend the U-Visionary Venezia Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Venice. You will not be disappointed.
The air conditioning could have been a little more efficient in the room.

friendly and helpful staff, someone is always at the front desk to assist, plentiful selection for complimentary breakfast, super comfy bed and amenities, relaxing and spacious outdoor back terrace, great location for shopping and eating, 1/2 hour scenic walk to main attractions accessible to various transportation, very close to St. Lucia Train depot
from airport to take Alilaguna 12A orange line closest drop off Guglie ferry station, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the hotel

This hotel is perfect it’s a five minute walk from the train station or ten minute walk to from the bus station it’s also five minutes to the main boats you need on the grand canal or it’s just a 40 minute walk to st marks square the hotel is quite the rooms are quite comfortable beds and pillows and the mini bar is free on your first nights stay ( no alcohol ) inc tea coffee etc you also get slippers for the bathroom the breakfast is good
And they cater for you if you’re gluten free ( don’t expect a full English breakfast ) but plenty more choices the staff are more than helpful you won’t find a better hotel from walking trough the doors you feel at home

Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was excellent and the location was just what we wanted. Staff was outstanding! Quickly helped us with whatever we needed and was ready with answers to our questions or knew where to find the answers. Outside garden area was lovely.

Location is perfect. It’s literally a minute or two walk from the train station. The breakfast is superb and lots of choices. The amenities are of good quality. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Even gave a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. Will definitely stay here again.
