This might be Venice’s best hidden gem. The hotel is super nice. I understand the hotel is fairly new, and you can tell because all the facilities look modern. The staff is very nice, and the location is perfect if you are arriving/departing by train, since it is right next to the station. Plus, it has a very nice bar, hosted by the best bartender, Marco, and also has an interior garden, which is unusual for a Venetian hotel. I almost forgot to mention that the breakfast is great!

The location of the hotel, the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean
Not much..only issue we had was upon our arrival, we ask the gentleman who checked us in to recommend a local non touristy restaurant to enjoy authentic local Venetian food...He suggested a restaurant he said was very good and not touristy..worst restaurant of our entire trip. Not sure if he gets a commission from referrals but that left a bad impression of your concierge staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

Very close to the train station, so no need to lug your luggage very far. Super friendly staff, they will easily hold your bags if needed. Nice size room with the first round of the mini bar free. Great breakfast. We had such a wonderful stay.

Location was ideal as it was close to the rental car drop off and the train station. Easy walk to the Cannaregio area which we really enjoyed. Good quality room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional.
It was expensive and we realise Venice is an expensive destination.
The restaurants recommended were very touristy.

The location is perfect for travellers since it is very close to the train station. You don’t need to carry your luggages along the labyrinth style streets of Venice. The hotel was refurbished newly and has very luxurious rooms. The breakfast served is excellent because it has lots of variety.

Hotel was like new and first class. Staff friendly, helpful and could not be better. The location was easy to get to, very near the taxi, bus, train and water taxi stations. The breakfast was great. There is a beautiful garden at this property.

Great location—super convenient to Santa Lucia train station! Despite checking in late at night, the staff still was very accommodating—showing us to our room, helping with bags, and even suggesting late night gelato spots!

We were pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were, after staying in so many compact hotels! The room itself was very clean and the bathroom (and shower) were comfortably large! Beds were comfortable as well (no cheap springs here).
The biggest surprise was how good the breakfast was. Some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had, with made to order cappuccino and a full salumi bar, and you can sit outside in their super cute patio.

Beautiful, clean, and smart rooms. Great bathroom. Staff were very helpful.

The buffet breakfast was very nice.
Notice posted into the room of travel disruption the night before a strike. The concierge gave advice on how to travel.
Honestly not much to complain about. Probably facilities if anything. No gym etc. But it was perfect for our needs
