We loved the buffet and the staff was very nice.
The rooms weren't hoovered as well as you'd hope on a daily basis, but it was still alright. Nothing dramatic.

We had a lovely large room with a large bathroom and a huge balcony. This is a more classic, upscale, luxury type of hotel. Breakfast options were wonderful. Service was fantastic. The location was excellent for us as we arrived in the Venice airport and took a short bus ride to Venice. We departed by train and the train station was 2 minutes - making it a perfect location for us as we were traveling with two medium size suitcases. The location is within walking distance to all the attractions- though the walk is on the longer side. There are restaurants, shops, anything you could want close by.
I really have no complaints about the property. It was wonderful.

Wonderful location by the train station yet quiet. Easy transportation options on vaparettos. Porters for hire who will take bags to the bus station for easy access to the airport. Great breakfast.

What a great property! I wasn’t sure I’d like staying close to the train station but what a perk! Lots of shops nearby, water taxis at your feet, good restaurants nearby and our room had a fantastic terrace with a view of the canal! The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating and breakfast was delightful!

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from ferries/train/bus station. The hotel is so beautifully decorated & the rooms are spacious & clean. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. There is a pharmacy & supermarket just outside the hotel which is very convenient.
The room is very dim which is a little annoying, but other than that everything is 100% perfect!

From walking in to leaving the place was beautiful. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, spacious, clean. The bar was nice too. Family friendly. Definitely will come back.
