Wonderful
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Davide, he was always there to answer my questions and help with navigating around.

Very loud area of town. We were awakened at 3:50 AM with banging music. The floors pass sound through them. Impossible to sleep. Customer service was good.

This was our first hotel after a long travel day and it was perfect! It was a short walk from the parking garage and the AC was bumping on a hot day!
The staff was so wonderful and held onto our luggage when we checked out the next morning.
The breakfast was SO DELICIOUS. Very worth it

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the rooms themselves. This place was a good 5 minute walk from the train station and vaporetto. My stay wasn't long but I would've loved to be here if it was. Amazing place and I totally recommend!

El hotel está a unos pasos de la estación principal de trenes y aunque está en una calle muy concurrida no se escucha el ruido de afuera desde que entregas por la puerta.
Muy bonito y cómodo. Buen tamaño de habitación, muy cómoda la cama y el baño impecable. El aire acondicionado si enfría bien!!
El staff muy amable y atento. Incluso me ofrecieron guardarnos las maletas al hacer check-out por si nuestro tren aún no estaba por salir.
Teníamos desayuno incluido y el buffet estaba súper bien servido y de buena calidad. Igual el staff muy amable al serviste café, etc.

Great location near the train station. Although in a very busy area of the city, the hotel is quiet. The rooms (we had a family suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace (too hot to enjoy because it was in the high 90s). Very helpful staff (great restaurant recommendation).

There was a power outage for about 1 hr at no fault of the staff. Administration quickly jumped to get it fixed.
