I saw the google reviews a day before checking in and was quite skeptical. However, the room I stayed didn’t have any bedbug problems. That’s the first thing I checked when I got into the room.
The room was beautifully decorated, although the shower was quite small and I can imagine someone taller would have to crouch there. However, everything was clean and neat and the room service change towels and make the bed everyday. The checking and checkout process was quite smooth and the breakfast is quite good as well.
There is sweet pastries and you can also ask for scrambled eggs and bacons. Also coffee, fruit juice, yogurt and fruit is provided on request as well.
The best part is the location. I could just walk to all main tourist attractions and there are actually quite a lot restaurants and cafes nearby.
The walls are not soundproof and you can hear the toilet flush of the nearby rooms and also people talking on the hallways. It wasn’t a bit problem for me since I’m a heavy sleeper. But I got woken up at night because the room was quite warm and had to open windows. The minimum you can set on the thermostat was 16 degrees Celsius and that was quite warm for me to sleep at night

Great location!!! Very central and close to everything. The apartment where we stayed was in an alley that was a little bit away from the chaos, so that was nice too. Hotel staff was attentive and were able to reserve rooms side-by-side for the whole family.

Very central, close to Piazza San Marco. The room was very clean and it had some nice features (they also have an Alexa Echo in the room).
The breakfast was order based. They didn’t tell us what they carry for breakfast. One of the girls working didn’t even speak English and they only left us with some croissants on the table while another italian couple had omlettes, bacon, yogurt.

Best location one could ask for. plentiful breakfast. powerful flow of hot water in shower.
the wifi was down for 5 days which was a bummer but not their fault as an external cause crashed the system. Ithe elevator is painfully slow but this is due to the configuration of the centuries old building.

location is near st Mark’s Square. but not 2 mins from vaporetto as they said. its around 5-7 mins walk from a very small alley which we need to go back if u some staff carrying large boxes is going your way.
elevator needs to be pressed the WHOLE time to go up!!! my thumb gets numb. the bed for 2 people is very small, difficult to move. and yes, the hotel
has no visible signage. its just a door in between 2 stores, i hope they can set a budget for this. the name of the hotel is literally on the ground/door step. there are no cofi maker and the TV on the wall keeps on bumping by head, its not safely installed flat on wall. room is very small, if we open our luggage, we cannot close the toilet room. table is very small, no space to place your small stuff.

Very centric and near of San Marcos plaza.
