Location was great
It was not huge deal to me but I think others would care. I had a tv, but not remote control. Tried to call the front desk to inform. The room phone was not working.
I stayed just one night… in didn’t need the tv anyway

The location is perfect for a short stay, since it’s right in the center and surrounded by places to visit.

The location was terrific. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, it is a quieter area, but close walking distance to many sites and busier areas. The breakfast was amazing. My daughter and I will definitely stay here again.

The place is very well located, near good restaurants and walking distance to everything in Venice. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and even though the bathrooms are shared, they were always clean and available.
The beds and pillows were a little hard. But that's the only issue we found.

The location was great. The garden courtyard was nice- we got take away lunch and sat in the garden. The morning breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

The property is well situated to walk to most major attractions, staff is very friendly and helpful, room while small had everything we needed and was very clean. The hotel is in an old building that is very well maintained and a quiet neighborhood.
The double bed was two singles pushed together but it wasn’t very stable and if you tried to sit up and lean against the headboard to read or watch TV the bed rolled away from the wall.

The staff were so nice and helped us with directions and a picnic we had in the pretty garden space. We had been to Venice before and appreciated the location in a quieter part of town, although there were plenty of shops and restaurants.
