Amazing hotel in the very center of Venice Im close proximity to all attractions, S.Marko and Grand Canal, water taxis and airport service, gondola stations. Very good breakfast with glass of prosecco:) Valeria, breakfast manager, is amazing - her coffee was the best!!! High speed Wi-Fi ! Rooftop lounge with breathtaking views!

A fantastic hotel around 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco, the Cathedral & Doge Palace. A really great bar in the hotel with fabulous cocktails. A good atmosphere.
Room was perfect- beautifully decorated as was the hotel. A really great breakfast buffet included in our price.
Vaporetto stop to train, bus station only a few minutes walk away. The Concierge in the hotel is extremely helpful. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Murano & a visit to one of the famous Murano glass makers.

Location is very short walk to St Marks square!
Loved the very short walk! Breakfast is best I have had at a hotel of that nature and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the city!

Perfect location, very friendly staff, family atmosphere, great breakfast. The bar and the restaurant within the hotel are also great
As some other reviews mention, given that the hotel is rather old, it does not have perfect isolation, so different sounds are heard. However, it did not impact our quality of sleep or the stay. I am just stating this for other people for which this is an essential factor

The room was quite big with a first floor for the kids with separate beds (since we stayed in quadruple room). The bathroom was also very big with options for shower and bathtub.
We enjoyed the fact that there was coffee and tea options not only in the room but also in the corridors that were just at your disposal.
The beds were super confortable.
Our room also had a nice view to the canal, private deck and gondolas.
The staff was super friendly and available for questions. They gave us a full itineray for one day that helped us with the main atractions. They also gave us an amazing recommendation for a restaurant where the food was just amazing.
They were quite flexible on keeping our bags in storage before check-in hours and after check-out hours.
Breakfast was amazing, tasty and had more options than we expected. They were coming often to the table to ask if more coffee or tea was needed, which was a nice touch.
Very well located and very close to San Marco.
