Great location, lovely roof terrace (although half of it not in use due to works), really nice staff and a good breakfast.
One of the main reason we chose the hotel was for the Spa, sadly its been broke for some time

Excellent breakfast! A wonderful variety of food choices and deliscious!
We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful until about half way thru the service went south. It seems like they changed waiters on us and we got lost. We enjoyed the food however.

This was the best hotel breakfast we had on our 2 week stay in Europe. The hotel front desk service was excellent. On our departure, there was a strike affecting train schedules and the gentleman at front desk kindly helped us find another solution.

Wonderful location! Breakfast was delicious with big selection. Large room and bathroom with 3 travelers staying together. Water door at hotel for easy transport.

Everything about this hotel is amazing — very clean, great location, excellent breakfast, and very good service and staff. The rooftop is nice as well, though I recommend going during the day, since the daytime view is much better than at night.

Gorgeous rooms and loft style for our family of 4 so the kids had their space upstairs and we had our own downstairs. And two separate bathrooms as well! My parents in a separate room a few doors down had a nice view of the canal. Breakfast was a nice spread of bakery items, fruits, cereals and hot cooked food. Lovely living areas around the hotel and beautiful antique decor throughout. Great safe location,

Location was great. The hotel was very nice. Nice breakfast offered in a lovely garden. The staff and service were excellent. Valeria brought us coffee every morning with a smile on her face! Front desk staff was very helpful with water taxi reservations and recommendations. In the bar, Alberto and Sara provided excellent service! Great hotel!

The hotel was beautiful! It had its own private dock and rooftop terrace. The location was perfect and the area felt very safe. Breakfast was wonderful. The concierge, Mirko, was very helpful and charming. We look forward to staying here again!
The beds were very firm even after they put toppers on them. Not comfortable for us.

It’s really well located near nice stores. The staff is really kind and the hotel feels like an old movie scene (in the best way possible). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options and waiters are really nice! Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent! Breakfast was great with amazing staff especially in the outdoor dining area. Very interesting architecture. Loved the roof terrace.
Room had banging upstairs and moving of chairs throughout the early part of each night. Found some silverfish in room. Rooftop furniture broken and not comfortable.
