.The breakfast was very good. The girls preparing the breakfast were very nice. The woman who worked at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The room was very small. One man in the morning was giving my husband a hard time about getting a cup of coffee before breakfast time. He was gonna charge him extra! I later confronted him about it and he said forget it. There was also a man that worked the front desk in the evening and he was not very friendly or helpful.

It was absolutely beautiful with a lovely garden that had many hidden seating alcoves for enjoying some peace and rest with a large variety of plants. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Located ia calm corner of Venice.

The hotel is not in the center of Venice but easy going to San-Marco, we came to the Biennale, which was only 7 minutes walking to Arsenale.
The place is great, dates to the 17th century, the room is very spacious, bed is comfortable.
Breakfast is great with a lovely view of the garden.
The people in the front desk are very helpful.

I didn’t like the location of the property it feel very far and not safe at night. Our room was located to closed to the reception and breakfast room so it was noisy in the morning.

The staff was really nice and they tried to help with the issues I had with the room. The garden was amazing and the breakfast was adequate
First night I woke up water pouring down to my legs from the wooden pillar in the ceiling. They changed the bed’s location and I didn’t had the same problem twice but the second day there were bugs in my room coming out of the floor. The staff helped with spraying the room. But I left the hotel earlier then I supposed to due to these issues

We loved the location and the breakfast.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair black hair on the floor and ants. The front desk staff was very nice.
