Perfect location, They have an unbelievable parking elevator for your car or motorcycle. Its $40 a day but worth it. They have a boat and they will take you where you want to go. The included breakfast is wonderful. Thank you, Lorenzo!

It goes without saying the hotel was fabulous. I loved the position on the Grand canal and the free inclusive parking was unbelievable.
I had to hand over my car prior to thinking about everything I needed. It wasnt possible to return to the car so make sure you are organised before arriving.

The staff is not cooperating at all and they are unprofessional with the customers . We are paying money for services unfortunately I did not see any professional support from them
The man especially on the morning in the reception he needs more training in how to support the customer .
I totally did not recommend this hotel and you can find better hotel near by this location

Loved the top room with the terrace looking over the canal and park-So Beautiful Nice having breakfast.
Needed better converter plugs for Americans. The desk gave us one but it fried my fan.

The location, staff, decoration of the hotel and its rooms. The bar and garden area.
Just the fact that they dont have a restaurant. They have a room in which they provide breakfast but despite having a bar do not offer any food - even snacks - in the evening.

Easy access and close to the train and the boats. It was easy to get to when coming late.
The beds were comfortable and the shower was *chefs kiss* .
