Standard hotel showing its age, but good value compared to staying in Venice.
Bus tour hotel and when that hoard checks in the elevators are overwhelmed. Also, this hotel is a train ride from Venice, while I was in Italy for a month there were numerous train strikes. If you have limited time in Venice, pay more and stay there because if there is a strike, you could miss valuable time and Mestre is not where you want to be.

The location was great, right across the street from the train station.
Our room was on the sunny side of the hotel making the room extremely warm. The AC was shut off for the season. We could not sleep with the window open because of the loud noise from the street and train station below. The staff provided us with a fan which kept us cool.

The proximity of the hotel to the public transport and the breakfast. Front desk Paula was VERY nice and helpful..... not like some of the others. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the hotel room clean.
The room was not very upkeep and the TV was not working. The front desk staff will need to get better at giving instructions on where the public transportation station is. We were directed wrongly and missed our bus to Treviso Airport.

best location right opposite of mestre station. properly working air conditioner, AC is a problem overall in mestre hotels, they are generally underpowered/centrally controlled so rooms stay hot. in Plaza AC does its job. spacious room. good WIFI
pillows are extremely uncomfortable. shower door is so narrow so that the water splashes all over the floor

Just in front of the Mestre Station. Very accessible for tourists. Breakfast also was great. There is rice if you want to combine it with your favorite bacon and ham?
