Great location just across from the Maestre train station and bus stop for easy access to Venice and departure by train. The staff was also helpful by holding our luggage until our room was ready, which wasn’t very long.
Our room was very nice other than the bathroom having mold running along the top of a couple walls and the ceiling. We asked about it and the gentleman offered to clean it with a spray, but we didn’t want to disrupt it during our one-night stay in case it would become airborne. We mentioned it again during checkout, so hopefully they took care of it for future guests.

The location was what we needed. The room was super clean, though slightly dated. Hotel staff was cordial and had answers when needed.
Gratis breakfast was good but obviously for the gratis crowd.

The Plaza was a very nice property, with a great location across the street from the train station. It was an easy train ride for us to spend the day in Venice. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a very good breakfast (included) and the adjoining restaurant was excellent and reasonable priced (we had dinner there both nights of our stay).
The weather was unusually warm for mid April----and, unfortunately, the air conditioning system was not working (I believe that it was restricted because of some sort of city regulations). Our room was on the eighth floor and it was quite uncomfortable sleeping at night.

Across the street from the train station, buses to Venice proper or to the airport.
Breakfast was the traditional European breakfast not outstanding but good. Great coffee and espresso.

Location is very good next to mestre station just one stop from Venice and in front of hotel there is bus to airport. İf you visit Venice better stay in Mestre in this hotel . Also you dont need to pay Venise entry fee , if you turn back hotel after midnight you can prefer stay in Venice.
There is no free water and slipper .

The 16 euro breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. Selection was poor and cold. Not on par with other places we have stayed.

Conveniently located across the street from the train station.
The room I got smelled very bad (probably due to the clogged drains). As no other room was available, they cleaned the drains, but it helped only partly. No discount or anything was offered. The furniture in the room was ald and could use a renovation.

short walk from the train station. just across the street. it felt safe at the location and some food places around so pretty convenient. then 10 minute train ride to venice . would stay there again for sure
nothing. it was perfect. staff was perfect . free breakfast was convenient. saved us time so we could be in venice early without having to loon for a place elsewhere. also breakfast was fully diverse. excellent

HUGE breakfast buffet with so many options -- something for everyone. I got upgraded to a very large room, which was very nice. I like that this hotel is right across the street to the train station, and that there are multiple options for dining within a few feet of the hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful when I had some questions.
The room had some stains on the carpet (not unusual, but the decor is looking tired); very high step to get into the tub/shower. Would be problematic for some. A handle in the tub for ease of getting into it would be useful.

It was far too hot. Uncomfortably so and air con did not work. We opened windows but outdoor noise then a disturbance.

the location nothing but perfect (bus,train,taxi right front of the hotel,exactly 2 mins away). the breakfast provided looked fresh and can be a good option if you don't wanna leave the hotel early on but don't expect too much option/variety (hungry eats what hungry gets how my grandma would say). about the staff our opinion is the following: friendly,welcoming and helpful. could answer any questions and solve any problem,made our stay pleasant.
bed turned out to be too hard to our taste and the shower head realy need some vinegar. the tv have close to nothing to watch for english speakers except news channels (smart tv you can log in for use your disney+, youtube, netflix, apple tv just how we did)

We missed the last train back to Florence because our plane got delayed. We booked this hotel last minute and it was amazing. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and breakfast was really good.
