Pleasant
The location is exactly what we asked for and needed. Convenient for bus to cortina and train connections. The room was large with a very large closet for a hotel. The bed was ok/good. The breakfast was plentiful with tons of options. The staff was very good and friendly.
It’s not “4 star”. Maybe it used to be but the room we had was worn and dated. The bed groaned loudly if you moved too quickly..it was two twins pushed together. Bathroom was worn. Toilet seat loose. Shower caulking showed dark…stuff. Not all of it, but enough to question the maintenance of the hotel.

The proximity to the train station is exceptional.
The bed sheets were clean and air conditioning working well.
The area is spooky. Don't walk in the neighbourhood, because you will not feel safe.
The room was deceptional. It looks bright and fresh in the pictures, but in reality it is really tired and needs renovation.
You can hear all noises from rooms around. When someone talks in the hall, you can hear it as they are in the room with you.
Cleaning was so so, i saw greasy spots on the table near the bed.
The breakfast was super sad. I am gluten and dairy intolerant, and all i could eat are some vegetables. The meat and cheese were of the cheapest ones. The gluten free offer was some bread, biscuits and crackers.
If it would have been a 2-3 stars hotel, i would not even mention these things above. But for a 4 star hotel with 150 eur per night room, the expectation for quality was much higher, thus the deception.

სასტუმრო პლაზამ ძალიან დიდი მოწონება დაიმსახურა, პირველად პედაგოგების ჯგუფი წავიყვანე და მდებარეობით ძალიან გავოცდი. ერთი ფეხინ ნაბიჯზე იყო ავტობუსის გაჩერება. 10 წუთში უკვე ვენეციის გულში ვიყავით.
მომეწონა სასტუმროს სისუფთავე, სტაფის განწყობა, ყოველთვის ცდილობდენე დახმარებას, ზრუნვას სტუმარზე. მომეწონა დილის საუზმე, მართლაც ძალიან კარგი იყო ყველაფერი. მე ყველთვის რეკომენდაციას ვუწევ ამ სასტუმროს და თუ ვინმე ვენეციაში გადაწყვეტს წასვლას ჩემი პირველი რჩევაა აუცილებლად ესტუმრონ სასტუმრო პლაზას.

Clean, cool, and comfortable room with plenty of amenities. We ate lunch in the restaurant downstairs, and loved it. As Americans, we appreciated the ability to set our own temperature for the room and keep it a bit cooler.

Location was very convenient as we arrived in Mestre via train. Commuting to and from Venice was quite easy and very convenient.
Room was simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were a bit dated, and some breakfast items were cold.
