So nice letting us into our room early and minding our luggage.
Location is great for the bus or train (which was why we stayed there but a bit out of the major sites of Venice. Easy enough to take the vaporetto though.
Maybe a gym would be good.

The location was great. Close enough to the train station to walk and yet still close to all Venice has to offer. The staff accommodated our early check in and was helpful with dinner recommendations and telling us where we could rent a car.
The rooms were a bit warm and stuffy although beautiful. There was no iron in the room.

Near the parking , the hotel receptionist at check in was very professional
We came back to the room after dinner and the room card didn’t work, we needed the toilet badly, the hotel receptionist was rude

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great.
The front desk manager was consistently rude during the stay. Simple requests (extra blankets, calling a taxi, replacing a room key) were met with negative comments and rude behavior.
The hotel was beautiful, if it was not for this issue with the front office we would be coming back every time we come to Italy.

Amazing location! Very near the train station, and buses. Easy access to Marco Polo Airport. Staff was VERY accomodating and helpful. Room was spacious for a European room, and bathroom had a stand alone bidet! Would 10/10 stay here again.
