The location was great. Close enough to the train station to walk and yet still close to all Venice has to offer. The staff accommodated our early check in and was helpful with dinner recommendations and telling us where we could rent a car.
The rooms were a bit warm and stuffy although beautiful. There was no iron in the room.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great.
The front desk manager was consistently rude during the stay. Simple requests (extra blankets, calling a taxi, replacing a room key) were met with negative comments and rude behavior.
The hotel was beautiful, if it was not for this issue with the front office we would be coming back every time we come to Italy.

Amazing location! Very near the train station, and buses. Easy access to Marco Polo Airport. Staff was VERY accomodating and helpful. Room was spacious for a European room, and bathroom had a stand alone bidet! Would 10/10 stay here again.

The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pillows were nice and soft.
I did not have breakfast included in my hotel price. I found 26 euros to be quite expensive for breakfast.

We couldn’t stay because when we arrived the hotel was overbooked, they sent us to a different hotel. But the service was first class! Mr. Diego made us feel amazing!!! He is the best manager the hotel could have! I hope next time we could stay there because the facilities are beautiful…
