Location. Very close to bus terminals. Easy to access the water bus services. The elegant style of the hotel was exquisite. Staff very friendly and always available.
The breakfast menu was included in cost, somewhat disappointing.

So nice letting us into our room early and minding our luggage.
Location is great for the bus or train (which was why we stayed there but a bit out of the major sites of Venice. Easy enough to take the vaporetto though.
Maybe a gym would be good.

Location was one of the best, but the service was exceptional one of the best hotel I’ve been in Europe. Will be returning with family. I recommended 100%..
There’s no complaints, it’s one of the best hotel in Europe not just Venice.

The location was great. Close enough to the train station to walk and yet still close to all Venice has to offer. The staff accommodated our early check in and was helpful with dinner recommendations and telling us where we could rent a car.
The rooms were a bit warm and stuffy although beautiful. There was no iron in the room.

Near the parking , the hotel receptionist at check in was very professional
We came back to the room after dinner and the room card didn’t work, we needed the toilet badly, the hotel receptionist was rude

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great.
The front desk manager was consistently rude during the stay. Simple requests (extra blankets, calling a taxi, replacing a room key) were met with negative comments and rude behavior.
The hotel was beautiful, if it was not for this issue with the front office we would be coming back every time we come to Italy.
