Rooms facing the courtyard are very noisy with tour groups leaving first thing in the morning, and with people talking while smoking.

Excellent breakfast!
Bus stop to Venise is just across the road. Ride back stops right in front. You can also buy tickets at the reception.

AC was not working. Even when
We were a couple with a one year old baby.I arrived around 19.30 and I had to upgrade the room from double to triple as there was no body from room service to set the baby crib in the room even though I clearly asked for it upon completing the booking.

A perfect pit stop for travelers who need a quiet and peaceful brake from their journey-trip.
High value place for my standards. The personnel earned my trust and high evaluation. Especially after my last visit and the technical problems i was facing with my transportation. I left with an honest, satisfied smile on my face.

Awesome neighbourhood, great location just a couple of minutes to bus-stop where you can directly reach to Venice island and the place had an option to keep the luggage in their locker room
The location, its 5-6 km from the mestre station and if you miss the only bus near the property you will need to walk 1-2 km to other bustops, which is very risky at times you have a bus or train to catch

Room was kind of old, with old furniture.
Bathroom on the other hand was renovated
Breakfast i found medium to poor, and coffee had no taste at all. Worst coffee and cappuccino we had in our entire Italy trip.

Everything needed for a short stay, nothing more. Right across from the bus stop.
It felt like we were staying too far from Venice. Spend the extra €20 and stay in the city.

This is an old hotel, but nice and clean. The breakfast was good enough. There is a bus to Venice, but only once per hour. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
There is moisture and wet smell, but this is a local climate.

Comfortable bedding, room was always cleaned to a high standard, water was hot, fast wifi speeds & hotel was very quiet which was ideal. Bus stops directly outside the hotel as advertised which was convenient. Only drawback was there being only one lift which meant a small queue to get downstairs to checkout if you weren’t strong enough to carry your case down the stairwell. Therefore, if you’re catching an early bus to the airport, be sure to leave enough time to get downstairs with your cases.
