Bus easily accessible as well as purchasing bus tickets.
Bus ride longer tan i thought. Elevator from underground parking didn't work.

The property was a pleasant surprise. It was unique in that it had a large public lounging area and outdoor covered seating area. It was the best option for getting to the cruise ship terminal the following day. They were able to make transportation arrangements for us. We also used the very easy and close by bus stop to go into Venice.
Nothing to dislike. It is in a quite area but made for a great base.

The location is very easy to reach by car. It is in a safe neighbourhood with a very good bus connection to Venice and Padova. The rooms are super clean and staff is incredibly nice and helpful. You can buy public transport tickets directly at the front desk which makes it so much easier to travel in the city. I am very happy I chose this hotel and will definitely book a room here again if we decide to return to Venice.

Its close to the ferry terminal, there are some restaurants in walking area. I guess if you are not going for a ferry but to go to Venice there is a bus terminal just outside the main entry.
Air conditioning in the room made mainly noise, very little cooling. the restaurant was not open, it's really more a place to sleep than a nice hotel for vacation.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Lisa in particular was very helpful and accommodating with all my questions and requests. Truly a gem.
The bus service to Venice was very convenient and inexpensive. The parking was a huge plus.
Not much available within walking distance. There is a large mall a short drive away.

- Broken Air conditioner, extremely warm room as the sun hits on it all day long.

Hotel was very clean. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not more than ok

I have never stayed in a hotel without coffee/tea set. They didn’t put even a bottle of water in the room. I stayed cheaper hotels, 2-1 star hotels in Europe and the US but they all have these things. This is unacceptable

Staff attitude and location of the hotel were a plus. Value for money for those who wants a family stay at the outskirts of Venice with bus stop right in front of the hotel. It seems to be an old building but decently maintained, A big shout out to the cleaning staff for their outstanding work
They could have provided a tea/coffee setup within the room. We wanted frequent hot drinking water for kids' food but only option was to walk downstair to reception and get hot water. There is a vending machine which only accepts coins, not digital payment.

Bus stop to Venise is just across the road. Ride back stops right in front. You can also buy tickets at the reception.

AC was not working. Even when
We were a couple with a one year old baby.I arrived around 19.30 and I had to upgrade the room from double to triple as there was no body from room service to set the baby crib in the room even though I clearly asked for it upon completing the booking.
