Great location in Dosoduoro & steps away from vaporetto stop. Charming old hotel but updated with a small elevator & bath facilities. Comfortable bed. Quiet & lovely decor. Staff was helpful, especially Gabriel at the front desk.
Restaurant is limited.

The hotel is beautiful! Having a two story room was nice for 3 people to give us some space. The location was ideal and the water taxi we arranged from the airport was able to drop us off directly at the hotel since it's on the main channel.
The 2nd floor of the story room was a always a bit warm. Understanding that it's an old building, a fan would be nice for the lofted space. The amenities listed a rooftop hot tub. We thought there would also be a sitting area. When at the hotel we were informed that the rooftop was private and you need to book ahead for 100 Euros for an hour.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Out of the way of the busy main attraction yet easily accessible. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the views across venetian rooftops and canals were beautiful.

The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast was amazing and the location is very centrally located. The ferry boat is just next door. Beautiful hotel!!!

Incredible architecture, amazing interior and exterior detail creating a sense of the richness of the past. Wonderful staff!! .very caring. Really appreciate all of their helping us, with special needs and mobility limitations to feel welcome and comfortable. Kudos to all! Staying here was truly delightful. Totally recommend!!
