Everything is in a walking distance.Staff is very cordial. We arranged a car ride to airport very early in the morning. Driver was very nice.

Very nice staff, accomadated all our needs and gave us a great update. Everyone was just really really nice. View to the canal (although it is also a view to the bus stop.. but the location to the train station is great)

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was very close to Piazzale Roma and to the vaporetti stop. Nice neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. Great breakfast and lovely garden. Clean, comfortable and has an elevator on the ground floor, great for luggage and tired feet!

The hotel is just such a charm, the location is perfect, the staff is amazing but most importantly the service is just the best. They offer you water on your way in, which i've rarely seen in Italy. There's tea, so many things including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The staff is always available to reach and ready to help. The room was clean and perfect. Loved it and would definitely stay there again! +very close to the metro station and the bus stop to go to the airport.

The room was quiet and very close to the bus terminal and train station. Easy access with suitcases. You get to stay in Venice proper and access to water shuttles is easy. Staff is very helpful. Drinks in the small bar were great.
Our room configuration was different. Our bed faced the front door and as the room was small. I would have liked the bed to be on a different wall in the room.

The location of the property was perfect for traveling to other parts because we were close to the transportation hub of Venice.
The water buses, the taxis and everything was right within a two minute walk from our hotel.
We had an abundance of delicious restaurants, nearby, and the morning breakfast offerings were plentiful and wonderful and the staff congenial happy and very accommodating.
It was really nothing to comment about regarding anything negative about the property. Everything was wonderful.
