Great hotel, excellent location. A big shout out to Augustino at the front desk who was charming and helpful ! All of the front desk people were friendly . The location is close to restaurants , artisanal gelato ( the best) and walking to San Marco is 15 min . The rooms are comfortable and not too cramped, we have stayed in smaller, so this was ok. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The lobby area with color coordinated sofas and walls is lovely.

Wonderful location, near St Lucia station and close to the ferry to the airport.
Everything was really good - smallish room but all services, overlooked a courtyard

The location
No elevator (it was stated on listing that it had one) we had to carry our luggage down approximately 20 steps with no assistance from staff as we were put into a separate building away from the main hotel.

Very very very easy to find by yourself. Good sleeping rooms with your own bathroom. Easy going staff and very helpful. The breakfast is the best and cheapest bargain in Italy.
Can't complain about anything?. I and my sister were very happy with everything.
