We visited the Nani Mocenigo Palace this October and were impressed by the staff. They were very professional and attentive and service were impeccable all the way throughout our stay. The hotel was an architectural gem and located not far from all Venice attractions. The breakfast was fantastic. We would love to thank all the hotel staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and would return again, and recommend it to all our friends.

Beautiful building, great neighborhood, very helpful and friendly staff.
The room we were in - we were upgraded for free to a junior suite - was right off the garden/outside bar so was very noisy the night we arrived, it was also often way too hot. The AC was not available in that room. Also, the hotel has music in the common areas from morning to late at night, which we could hear in our room. We would return to the hotel, but not to that room or any room on the mezzanine floor. They did offer us another room - but we chose to stay in our room as that room also noisy.

The hotel and our room were luxurious along with a beautiful bathroom and great shower. It was spotless and very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great in a small courtyard with very attentive staff. The location was very convenient for the water taxi. Overall loved it.
There was a private event in the restaurant when we arrived so we couldn't use it.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was very nice and well-equipped. Our only complaint is the room was tiny. We could barely walk around with our suitcases on the floor. Also, the room was in back off the garden, up one floor with no elevator access.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully restored with elegant interiors and a peaceful ambiance. Our suite was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for a family. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—they went out of their way to accommodate us and were always kind to our children. The garden where breakfast is served is lovely, and the location in Dorsoduro is perfect: quiet, yet within easy walking distance of Venice’s main attractions.
The hotel only serves breakfast and does not offer lunch or dinner. However, thanks to its location, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

This beautiful, historical hotel was spacious, luxurious, and the staff was outstanding. Fillipo even helped us book our tours and train to Florence. It was also very quiet and the restaurant was delicious. The atmosphere was the perfect icing on the cake for our Venice stay.
