Amazing room with an unforgettable location and view! The balcony overlooking the street and canal was so Venetian! Really added to the experience! The staff were all so sweet and helped with our early arrival. A memorable stay!

Location and Staff
No elevator from the ground floor to the main reception area. We had 2 large suitcases and had to go up the stairs; a bit troublesome, but not a big deal.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was lovely.
Our room was upgraded when it was found out it was our 55 anniversary. Beautiful room with a wonderful view!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect!
The stairs were a challenge as Linda broke her foot the second day. (But didn’t find out till after we left).

Perfect location just a few minutes by walk from Venice train station with easy access to water bus station going to the tourist attractions and Murano Island. The room is very cozy and clean, also the air conditioning is plus point during hot season in July and August. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Close to train station.
No welcome water or any drinks in the fridge and have to pay for water at the reception!!!
On the booing.com says check in at 1pm, told to wait till 2pm upon arrival.

The hotel was very clean, which was the most important thing for us. Although the room and bathroom were quite small, everything was well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a lifesaver during the extremely hot weather in Venice. Even the hallway was air-conditioned. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient.
酒店非常干净，这对我们来说最重要的一点。虽然房间和浴室都比较小，但维护得很好，非常整洁。空调效果特别好，我们到威尼斯的时候天气非常非常炎热，空调真的像救命一样，你进入房间的时候空调已经是开启状态。连走廊都有空调。工作人员态度友善、热情，也很乐于帮助客人。酒店的位置也很方便。
The room, bathroom, and elevator were all quite small. The elevator didn’t have air conditioning, so it could get a little warm, but it wasn’t a major issue. Since this is a three-star hotel, the room size was understandable and didn’t affect our stay.
房间、浴室和电梯都比较小。电梯没有空调，所以里面会有一点热，不过时间很短，可以接受。考虑到这是一家三星级酒店，这样的房间大小是可以理解的，并没有影响我们的入住体验。
