Very convenient location. Close to St Marks square and also close to the waterfront taxi and bus pick up locations.

Our stay was marred by a very rude staff member who oversaw breakfast. When we checked in we were told breakfast was available until noon and if we wanted breakfast we could just let the breakfast host know. The next morning (having arrived late the night before) we awoke late arriving to breakfast about 20 minutes before noon. Knowing it was close to noon we weren't planning to stay long (maybe 20-25mins) and grab something quickly from the cold self-serve buffet. When we entered the room the host was immediately hostile. She did not greet us or even respond when we said we'd be having breakfast, never asked if we wanted coffee and for almost the entire time stood glaring at us in a hostile manner. She only brought coffee when, after sitting for almost 10 minutes, we asked if any was available. The only time she spoke to us was to remind us (at least 3 times) that everything closed at noon. We eventually left at 12:03. The second morning my daughter was unwell so we arrived to breakfast on the later side but again before noon (around 11:35) intending to eat quickly. The host hostilely confronted us demanding to know if we had “registered” for breakfast. My husband explained the manager said we could just let her know we wanted breakfast but she remained hostile. As it got closer to noon she told us quite angrily we needed to hurry as she had a job to go to and they had done us a favor by serving us yesterday. We were completely shocked. I have stayed at many hotels and never been told to leave a breakfast room because it was near the end of the breakfast time (or even a few minutes after). In fact, the breakfast hours normally refer to when you can receive breakfast not how long you can stay in the room after. The host was so hostile it made me wonder if there was something else about our group that bothered her. The response from the manager was entirely unsatisfactory. We received a tepid apology that felt dismissive at best. We will not stay here again.

the location is perfect, I love it, we could easily reach the hotel and all beautiful views around. It is very family-friendly. The breakfast is also good, we enjoyed our time a lot with it. I will recommand to my friends and families!

The Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. It was run by a very capable woman.
The chair covers in my room were dirty and stain. The table in the room had a scratched plastic instead of a glass. The poster on the wall had a plastic cover over it. The hallway carpet was filthy, it was unkept. They should put some work into this hotel, it is in a great location but it needs so much work and someone who cares to restore it.

Great location, super clean, very traditional Venetian room decor, scrumptious breakfast, free coffee and biscuits available in the afternoon and night, perfect to enjoy in the lovely courtyard after a day out. Very nice and helpful staff, especially Dilan, the night receptionist. Well done!
If I have to mention something, we went in mid-April and AC was only working on heating mode. Room was a bit too warm and when we opened the windows, mosquitoes came in :/ so make sure to pack very light PJ's :)

Excellent location close to the San Marco area of Venice, spotlessly clean, wonderful continental breakfast, plug sockets next to the bed to easily charge your phone, comfy beds not too soft, really lovely staff. Great to have a mini fridge in the room too. Nice small hotel with only one floor of rooms so no noisy neighbours above you.
It was a little warm in the room, we had the window open all the time which we didn’t mind, another guest mentioned that the air conditioning doesn’t get turned on until summer. As with most hotels a few more hooks around for jackets and bags would be welcome.

The location, that the hotel is very pretty, that there was free coffee, water and juice at all times and the breakfast was good. They helped me to receive a package there and we also were able to leave our luggage.
We stayed in Room 209, one of the rooms facing the Main Street, but unfortunately, it was right next to a bar. We could hear everything, so if you’re a light sleeper, these rooms might not be ideal for you.
I noticed the noise issue as soon as we arrived and asked the hotel staff about it. Their response was, and I quote: “You are in downtown Vienna; it’s very noisy, and you just have to be lucky to get a quiet room.”
The next day, they moved us to another room, which was much quieter—almost no noise at all. However, despite paying the same rate, we were given a significantly smaller room. To be honest, I couldn’t tell the difference between the “economy” and “classic” rooms, as they seemed almost identical.
Additionally, the beds were not comfortable at all—they were extremely rigid, just like the pillows. This is something that could definitely be improved. Installing noise-canceling windows would also make a huge difference for guests staying in the noisier rooms.
