Location near to Lido S.M.E station, restaurants nearby, grocery store in the building cross the stress. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast for the price point.
Scrambled eggs at breakfast are dry, as in overcooked,every morning, but that is a rather minor thing.

I had only positive impressions from my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was both delicious and varied. All necessary amenities were provided, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is extremely convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from public bus and water transport stops. Definitely a 10/10 experience! If I ever return to this area, I will gladly choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We so preferred being off the main land the hotel is so close to the water taxi station other amenities like the shops and restaurants the beach is a lovely walk … everything you need for a lovely weekend in Venice
Jacob was so lovely on reception
We didn’t stay to much in our hotel just for sleeping and washing ? as we were out exploring but it was a good breakfast to set us up for the day and a hot shower and a good bed to rest on at night for us we didn’t need any or that a that so thank you ?

An old hotel at the Lido island in Venice. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the water bus station which takes us to the main attractions in Venice in about 30 minutes. The buffet style breakfast is a great value, they have coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants and a lot more, definitely worth it!
The staff were nice.
Since it's an old hotel, sound proofing is virtually non-existent. There was a large group of American teenage girls on the same floor as us and they were very loud at 11pm. Their adult supervisor was super drunk and super loud.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room was really good. Hotel location is perfect - supermarket across the street, vaporetto stop 3min away and the whole street is full of decent restaurants and bars. Hotel staff is friendly.
The breakfast is okay but there are no vegetables at all so I had to buy at supermarket myself and food variety is the same every day. Also, the room isolation for noise is poor, and you will hear everything that is happening in the corridor or when neighbors are in the shower and flushing toilet.
