The location is pretty and clean. The front desk are very approachable and helpful. Overall my experience was good. I didn’t like my room but the staff assisted me to switch me to another room the second day when a new room was available, he also was nice and referred me to a nearby restaurant that I enjoyed a lot. I would like to stay here again if I go back to Venice.
I was placed in a kind of attic room, I did not liked it because it felt kinda haunted and there was a bit of spider webs in the light fixture. I see that room could work for a group of people because the room has space but I was alone. Other than that, the room was clean and well organized.

Centrally and conveniently located near Piazza San Marco, this lovely, super-clean boutique hotel is housed in an 18th century palazzo (no cookie-cutter hotel here!). Comfortable, hand-painted furniture and a balcony overlooking a small, quiet canal where I could watch gondolas go by made me feel like a princess. Professional and professional staff were most welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to Rosa, Ileana and Nikolai - you are simply the best! Next door, wonderful Italian food and and wine are served indoors and out at the Taverna La Fenice provided a dining experience that complemented visit to the hotel.
That my travel schedule did not permit a longer visit!

The hotel is a very nice place to stay, and the setting in which it is is very quaint and cute. Do know that cars can not get to this location so you will have to carry your luggage from the water taxi to the hotel, which crosses a lot of bridges with stairs throughout the canal, which we did not know prior to arriving there. Important to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage, as we did, but it was doable, but definitely tiring, especially since we didn't expect it, since this wasn't listed anywhere in the listing. Also, the inside of the hotel does have elevator but do know that on those floors you will still have to traverse some smaller stairs to get to your room so keep this in mind as well. It is a nice place though and the staff are very sweet and kind. The hotel has been visited and stayed in by various stars and artists which is really cool as we found out when we got there and the hotel has its own seating and eating area as well if that is something that is important to you.
The amount of stairs to get to the location and that this isn't mentioned anywhere. Was very hard with the heavy luggage and not knowing that cars don't go there at all even though on the listing on booking.com it is set up and presented as it you can take a car taxi there. That being said though it is doable, but this should be transparent so people can make a better informed decision based on their luggage situation.

Located at the centre and within short walking distance from St. Mark’s square and temple.
Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and better condition than in photos. The bathroom was equipped with bathtub, which we really liked to enjoy after long day of city tour.

The man at the front desk was amazing. Nice bathtub.
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Double bed is two thin twin beds smashed together. We fell thru the holes many times.

Prefect location, on a little square, at the heart of the San Marco Sestiere, next to La Fenice Opera House, and within 7 minutes walk to 5 Gran Canale vaporetto stops. Very quiet in the evening, lively surroundings by day and surrounded by a good dozen of restaurants and cafés. Staff especially friendly and helpful. Difficult to find quieter.
Breakfast a bit dull, lift a bit capricious, comfort a bit dated, but you are in Venice!

Hotel is about 25 min walk from the airport shuttle bus, be mindful that you'll need to walk up and down many stairs and bridges to get to the centre island. Over all the hotel is located very close to everything, only about 10 min walk from San Marco Square and Ponte Rialto etc. the staff is very friendly and has 24h reception. The hotel is quiet and clean.
The room was like a boiler room. Even with the heating turned off the room got very heated from all sides, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

It was a cute little boutique hotel just outside of San Marco Square without the crowds. I asked for help regarding the air in my room to be told that it's not available this time of year, yet they provided a corded fan in my room for me...that was going above and beyond! I was very pleased with such kindness.
The room didn't have any ventilation except a window looking out into a courtyard with some noise. The noise was manageable with the window closed but not ideal open, and the room was very stuffy and claustrophobic without it open. No air or fan in the room. I addressed it with Reception and was provided a corded fan as a solution, which was perfect!

24 hour round reception, good location.
No AC in Fall, even though they were able to propose solutions like a change of room, this could have been announced somewhere on the Booking listing. They said it was related to Italian law, however in none of the other hotels I stayed at, was the AC not allowed.

Comfortable, spacious room and nice breakfast. Close to the Opera House (a good landmark for finding your way back to the hotel!).
Only one window had a screen and we got numerous mosquito bites. As general advice for Venice - bring mosquito repellent!

One of the rare well maintained bulding in the Venice. Restaurant look fancy even though we didnt eat there.
I cant find anything important. Elevator was extremely slow :) So we put luggages and go to room on foot
